"Well then what are you doing when you're not fighting these monsters? You gotta have some sort of job" Emily asked as she couldn't yet comprehend how Selina was getting by without any money. "Oh almost forgot, I don't think we've introduced each other yet. I'm Officer Emily Madigan."

"Right" Emily said, she was never comfortable with depending on her parents, she liked to be independent and do things her own way. But hey every girl has their own quirks right? Besides fighting villains and monsters while being a college student? Boys will so dig that as Emily smiled, "So were you here just the right place, right time or do you have some sort of magic-senses?" she asked.

"Huh, funny way of travelling but I guess it must be cool to travel using magic" Emily said as she went to her bike and reported in to HQ, leaving Selina's name out of it. She then turned to Emily, she didn't know much about what that monster was but perhaps Selina knew, "hey Selina do you know anything about the monster we just fought? HQ has some intel but perhaps you know more then I do."

"That's fine, I'm sure the guys at the R&D department will figure something out" Emily said, "there are a lot of monsters running around America for some reason. Usually in comic books or TV shows that means really bad news" she said with a small chuckle.

"Yeah, but there aren't enough of us to protect the whole of America" Emily said, "that's why I'm test trialling this suit I'm wearing. If all works out then they can start mass-production and we can really protect our cities from those guys...think you can tell me who makes your suit?" she asked jokingly.

"Wouldn't it? There's talk of even arming the military if this works, we could really protect ourselves if the military gets their hand on this" Emily said as she simply shrugged, "well you are a magician so I guess magic makes it work. Have you met with other magicians?" she asked.
