Personality: Joe's a stoic, quiet type, when he speaks, the words count. He's also good with multiple swords, and will often return greetings with a nod or a thumbs up. Can also bake a great cake.

History: Joe was brought up in a poor environment, having to mature a lot sooner than he would have liked. He worked at a young age...got into fights...came back for more. He met a man who would teach him a lot, named Sid, who served as his martial arts sensei and sword teacher, including teaching him a secret technique.
Soon, he graduated school, and went off to being a rogue who had dreams of helping people and fighting monsters. He joined the mercenary group of Cass Hoban for a time, until he met someone named Ahim Fay....and ended up going off with her, they were going out as well. They were seperated, and unknown assailants attacked Joe, stabbing him several times on a high rise as he attempted to fight back, before delivering a heavy blow to his stomach and throwing him into the water. Attempts made to rescue him were unsuccessful...and after a while it was assumed by most that he was dead.
But...his watch had not yet ended....

The water was cold. Just like what had happened to him. As he sunk further...his thoughts were not in a panic....he was resolved to die. There was just one thing that was eating at him...his eyes being closed and all that...as he thought...
That one regret he had. It was Ahim...he'd never be able to hold her again, to have those light kisses where their lips lightly touched and yet it would send an innocent thrill through both of them. To be able to talk to her more than he did most other people.
"Ahim...I'm sorry." was his last thought, as the darkness claimed him.
