Group Name: Horror Movie Aversion Agency
Objective: Protect the world from Demons

History: The Horror Movie Aversion Agency has actually been around for centuries as a group of Venators, who were trying to slay all of the monsters on the planet. Naturally, they didn't achieve the goal, but the powers of the Venator Sentai Slayeranger were kept around. Sadly, as more aliens and monsters started attacking the Earth and people on it, the Ven Braces never chose heroes again.

In 1996 however, just as Demons started rising and killing again, the descendant of the original SlayerRed noticed a pattern; the demons were changing. They were killing using rules like those of horror movies. She deduced that Demons feed on the fear of those they are feeding on, and they went with Horror movies. So Sydney Craven formed this group in 1996 and waited for the Ven Braces to choose new heroes. But when it became clear that the powers WOULDN’T reawaken, the HMAA decided to create a new team using the remaining magic. They succeeded and created the Slasher Sentai Kyofuranger.

History: Thousands of years ago, the Empire was born out of the power of fallen stars, affecting various lifeforms, creating a new breed of beings. The Empire formed out of these mismatched creatures, and soon, using the star powers, they spread, creating more and more soldiers. Those of Earth fought back in whatever ways it could, and various ancient warriors fought as well. The Empire was destroyed, or so it was assumed.

The Empire went underground and has remained dormant for many years. Now, as more stars have powered more humans, they have beun to rise again, Emperor Chrom is now the ruler, and has dispatched his military commanders (Chief Lon'qu, Commander Vaid) along with his son, Prince Aybes (combat armor), planning to lead his forces to conquer Earth.

Objective: Roughly the extermination of any Kaijin that dear stick its head out and causes destruction and trouble.

History: Originating long ago, the Martial Force was founded by one man who claimed to be Master of every Martial Art in the world. Although in those days, evil was much more commonplace and terrorizing--thus to help the world, the Master attempted to combat against evil, but being only one man he found himself unable to stand against all the various evils that existed. Seeking help, the Master discovered and trained five individuals--each who endured a different kind of Martial Art to master, creating the "Martial Force" in order to combat evil as a team. This Force has existed in various generations, with the Master always training a new Generation of five disciples when the time comes.

Group Name: The Corrupt Watchdog
Objective:
. Serve Messiah and become a new world order
. Find humans with darkness and nurture them to prime them for Horror infection
. Horror research to find new types of Horrors through human science and magic
Alignment: Evil
History: When Messiah returned to the human world she knew that although Horrors cannot be destroyed physically, their essence can be sealed through the Makai Knight's Watchdog. Therefore she created a counter organization for it, she created an organization that would work like the Watchdog in that they 'hunted' Horrors but instead of sealing it as they should they merely unleash them again, they are to interfere only if a Horror is about to be sealed by a real Makai Knight.

Their other objective is to find humans that have darkness in them and nurture them, feed them darkness, when they are ready then they are given to Messiah who will infect them with darkness to grow a powerful Horror. They also do Horror research where they subject a Horror to various experiments in order to find out how a Horror operates and if it's possible for future mutations and creation of new Horrors through human science, in this regard they sometimes kidnap human scientist that are experts in a particuluar area of science as well as other scientists that are either brainwashed, or willingly serve Messiah for said reasons.

Other then that they are free to do what they pleased, Messiah was able to convince several disillusioned Makai Priestess and a few Makai Knights who believed that she would bring a new order of peace and prosperity; currently this has grown until their current numbers are unknown.

Objective: Accomplishing the "Royal Flush Initiative"; which entails the elimination of any anomaly that endangers the human race--as well to stop human conflicts that may go too far with their own armed interventions.
Alignment: Good(?) (It can be sometimes questionable due to their 'methods')
History: A secret society that watches Humanity from the shadows, its unknown when they were formed and by who but what they are as an organization is known. The group itself is consisted of five active agents, each of the five is a human modified into a cyborg--capable of initiating a transformation into a "Combat Operative" form and manipulating a special force that is exclusive to them. They act from shadow, and emerge only to stop conflicts that may go too far, as well as combat against threats that may put a large group of people at risk of death. Although their existence is meant to be a noble one and they possess the good nature of heroes, they do abide by the belief that if "sacrifices are necessary to achieve an end, there shall be sacrifices".

History: The MEI started out as a low-level scottish corporation that sold clothing locally. Business was good, but once the reins passed to Gray Harkness, he remodeled it and rebuilt it from the ground up into what it is today. They maintain the Hunter suits in secret.

Group Name: Valentine Arms
Objective: Make guns, especially those than normal people can use to defeat monsters
Alignment: Lawful Good
History: Founded by Aldo Valentine during World War 1, Valentine Arms made their name by making hand grenades for the Allied troops. Their grenades were pretty well known for quality, and when World War One ended, they obtained a contract with the US military, and were one of the major innovators in armored vehicles and tanks. When World War Two broke out, they moved into rifles, making insane amounts of money on contracts. During the war, Aldo almost died of a heart attack and retired, giving the company to his son Michael when he was only 18. Michael, at the prodding of Aldo, who still held considerable sway within the corporation, Valentine Arms began producing a new type of rifle and selling it to the Axis, making money off of both sides of the war while keeping suspicion away from themselves. Once the war ended, Michael completely replaced everyone in positions of authority within the company with people he liked, ending Aldo’s sway within the corporation.
Michael made the company successful, rising them to one of the most profitable arms manufacturers in the world. Valentine Arms supplied arms to the US Army to aid in their various Cold War conflicts, keeping them both relevant and successful. In 1990, Gambit declared war on the corporation from the shadows, but wouldn’t make a move until 1998, when Michael Valentine was assassinated by a Gambit agent, now believed to be the Sniper. Samuel Vayne, Michael’s CFO, took over the corporation for the next six years, during which is experienced a bit of a slump. When Laurel, Michael’s daughter, took over the company, the company returned to its current fortunate state.

Objective: Destroy Valentine Arms, WORLD DOMINATION! (insert canned manaical laugh) Also, general mercenary and terroristy stuffs.
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
History: Gambit was created in 1988 by James Kaine, a mercenary and former security specialist for Valentine Arms. He took his wife, Adelaide Reaves-Kaine, with him and recruited some friends from the army, namely David Frebank, his son Nigel, and Liana Juniper, another security specialist for Valentine Arms. James began operating as a mercenary, becoming known to Interpol. He led Gambit in a mercenary war against two other corporations, Helsen Banking Inc. and Viera Military Solutions, taking over both corporations and installing men loyal to him in the leadership positions of both corporations, ensuring a flow of money and weapons. A rival mercenary by the name of Samhael took his younger son Hunter captive, resulting in Hunter’s death, Adelaide going off the deep end and shooting out James’s left eye, thus leading to James donning his familiar mask and his name- Deathstroke.
He then began recruiting free agent mercs, building up a veritable army and using his money to buy and renovate a derelict cruise ship. He named the ship “Death’s Gambit”, in honor of his organization, and outfitted it with anti-radar tech and weapons, basing Gambit out of the ship, thus making him nearly uncatchable. He then chose to declare war on Valentine Arms, dispatching his best shooter, Oliver Steele, to kill the CEO. Oliver carried out his duty, and the company almost died until Laurel took the helm. James was mad, to say the least. He had the Surgeon create the perfect cybernetic warrior in the form of Yao Fei, but the man slipped through his grasp, resurfacing years later. James hired him to kill Laurel, but that backfired when he entered her employ. James and his men are currently still technically at war with Laurel.
