Accessories: In his civvies, a pair of fingerless, white cotton gloves, a white leather belt with his Transpod hanging on it via carabiner, and a small pendant in the shape of a crescent moon. In his Busters uniform, a harness that hold a few small pouches with the few types of tools he can use, a belt with his Transpod on his right hip, as well as a series of crossed belts going down both legs to the boots, a pair of fingerless, black leather gloves, and a pouch carrying his Morphin' Lens.
Clothes: Civvies: Often long-sleeved, light-colored shirts, in various shades of blue and white plaid, along with black slacks, and sleeveless fleece hoodies in various colors. For his uniform, he wears a standard Busters jacket, black in color with highlights of a dark, somewhat dull shade of purple, which Terumi will quickly point out as being Wisteria purple, with matching pants with a seemingly insane number of pockets, all with a snap closure, holding multiple wallets, snacks, passes, identifications, and the like.
Anything Else? Terumi's hands have multiple scars from small cuts and burns, all accidentally self-inflicted during attempts to use various tools, causing his phobia. As well, he has a very small, almost unnoticeable scar under his left eye, also from a failed attempt to use a tool.

Strengths:

- As a side effect of his power, his "Weak Point", Terumi is highly susceptible to "Data Overload", when he tries to process too much information, even for a genius programmer, and completely shuts down for approximately 30 seconds. Unfortunately, due to his habit of becoming obsessively lost in thought when something catches his interest, this can, and does, happen easily and often.
Goal(s):
- As of yet, Terumi doesn't have any goals. At all. He just tends to do whatever interests him at the time, regardless of whether or not he's "supposed to". So, even if he doesn't realize, he needs someone to kind of anchor him down and keep him grounded.
Habits/ Quirks:
- Terumi often gets lost in thought, completely drowning out everything but the thing that has drew his focus.
- Rather often, Terumi uses English (Or Engrish) terms and phrases, often hilariously pronounced. His favorite seems to be "Oh fakku!" (Oh fuck!)
Relationships:
- Wolfgang M. Cyclos: Terumi's Buddyroid and partner, designed and programmed by Terumi. The two have a somewhat volatile relationship, arguing often, but beyond their arguments, they're dedicated partners, perfectly complimenting each other in battle.
Overview: Eccentric, mad, unpredictable, wild, batshit insane. All terms used to describe Terumi at one point or another. Not all exactly accurate. But regardless, Terumi is quite the oddball, often going off and doing his own thing, and exploiting his status as a Buster to work around the law. One such occasion, which he claims as his greatest achievement, was hacking into an abandoned, but still fully functional, factory, and reprogramming everything to produce whatever he needs, including his weapon technology, and his Buddyroid, Wolfgang. A strong supporter of "Victory through knowledge", Terumi never acts without thinking, to the point of overthinking his plans, and often thinks as he acts, which occasionally ends badly for him. However, despite his braggart ways and his off habits, Terumi is a deathly loyal ally to have. Unfortunately, Terumi's very particular about who he sees as a friend, so it's not often that his loyalty is shown.

Type Of Hero: GoBuster (Sentai Ranger)
Henshin Device: Morphin' Lens; A specialized device, built in the shape of a pair of sunglasses, designed by Terumi and built in his reprogrammed (Read; Hacked) factory. Like the Morphin' Brace, it has various functions, including Call Mode, Change Mode, Scan Mode, Hacking Mode, and Relax Mode. As well, the actual visor/lens is capable of changing into different variants, including Sceen, Shade, Clear, and Scan, which in linked to Scan Mode.
Henshin Sequence: Terumi slips on the Morphin' Lens, pressing a button on the right side, which begins the change sequence, with a call of "It's Morphin' Time!" from the device. As the suit finishes forming, Terumi reaches up, pressing a button on the left side whilst saying "Let's Morphin'!", the Morphin' Lens changing into WolBuster's helmet.
Forms:
Image/ Description: A very dark, mysterious-looking suit, with the top designed much like a trench coat, patterned with two mirrored black sections similar to the one on BeetBuster's suit, with a section between colored in Wisteria purple. Across the chest are two straps crossed in an X, similar to the shoulder-strap harnesses worn by the other Busters, while his Transpod remains on his hip. His gloves and boots bear a design reminiscent of paws, complete with pads on the undersides, which serve to allow him to move silently and remain undetected. His shoulders bear armor similar to StagBuster, only without the engine-port-like shapes, and colored in Wisteria. His helmet, very sleek and stylish, is mostly Wisteria purple, with jagged streaks of black, and shaped similarly to Red Buster's, but obviously with a more wolf-like shape, instead of a cheetah, and with much more pronounced ears.

Fighting Style: A freeform, freestyle method of combat, involving extensive use of weapons, as well as a heavy focus on footwork, particularly short sidesteps and dodge-jumps.
Weapons:
[li] All-Purpose Variable Assault Armament; Drive Shaft: WolBuster's signature weapon, a long dual-ended polearm, with a hexagonal-hoop blade on each end. The key factor of the Drive Shaft is in it's ability to take on other forms, to suit a variety of combat needs, aside from it's standard Shaft mode.
[/li][li] Revving Twin Blades; Wolf Fangs: WolBuster's secondary weapon, a pair of kukri, with handles formed from Wolfgang's handlebars. The blades are attached by transporting them into place using the Transpod, making them quite firmly attached. By revving the handles, a huge amount of energy can be charged into the blades, which is released explosively upon pulling the brake lever.
Abilities:
[/li][li] Strike Multiplication: Due to the biological program Terumi installed into his body, upon reaching a certain speed of motion, Terumi's body creates afterimages that become temporarily solid, which are used for attacking and blocking attacks.
[/li][li] Silent Step and Burst Press: Thanks to the paw pads on his hands and feet, WolBuster can move silently, regardless of how much force or pressure is applied to the pads, and so long as it touches the pads, they can absorb an enormous amount of force. In turn, the pads can also release the pent-up force, resulting in either a wave, a pulse, or a direct-line blast.
Finisher(s): Big Bang Dosukoi: A simple attack, where WolBuster throws a large number of open-handed palm-thrusts at the foe, each expelling a huge amount of force from the paw pads.

Mecha Name: WM-07 (Wolf Motorcycle), Vehicle Modes
Type Of Mecha: Buster Machine
Image/ Description: A very large, powerful Buster Machine, WM-07 in fact looks a good deal like a much larger version of Wolfgang's Motorcycle Mode. However, there are various differences, such as the connector bit that the head attaches to, the addition of extra armor bits on the tailpiece, and the addition of armor bits on the joints, which facilitate combination. In addition, WM-07 can change into ATV mode, with the wheels shifting position much like Wolfgang's, but the the tailpiece armor branching downward as support for the rear wheels, as well as some of the frontal armor repositioning to support the front wheels. In both modes, a large pair of exhaust pipes stick out of the back, and the handlebars, shaped like Wolfgang's, are positioned sticking out of the ears.

Image/ Description: WM-07's majestic Animal Mode, a large mechanical wolf, black and Wisteria in color, with wheels attached to the outsides of the four limbs, which are made of the four wheel mounts, repositioned into suitable wolf legs. The armor pieces from the tailpiece relocate, moving up to the back, forming a mane, and revealing the wolfish tail. The exhaust pipes still remain in the same places.

Type Of Mecha: Solo Buster Machine Megazord
Image/ Description: WM-07's proper form, a mighty robo by the name of GoBuster Maverick. During transformation, the armor pieces from the mane connect to the four legs, forming the arms and legs of GoBuster Maverick, while the wolf head attaches to the chest, and the large connector piece folding down onto the back, filling up the space of the torso left by the armor. Finally, the head appears, rising from where the wolf head connector previously was, with a very wolf-like shape, reminiscent of Gao Hunter, only much more mechanical in appearance. On both forearms are the front wheels, acting as weapons, and the rear wheels are attached to the legs, for both weaponry and high-speed movement. The exhaust pipes from before now show their true form, as a pair of large shotguns, with special bayonet-like blades that extend from under the barrels.

Image/ Description: A special mode of GoBuster Maverick, attained by combining with GT-02, Kong Custom has GT-02 attach to Maverick much like it does to LiOh, with the main sections making the standard legs, attaching to Maverick's folded legs, and the front section, including the head/cockpit attaching to Maverick's rear end, with the wheeled portions folding in to create armor on the hips.

Abilities: Strong kicks, long running strides, sonic attacks
Mecha Name: GoBuster Maverick Bunny Custom
Type Of Mecha: Megazord
Image/ Description: A special mode of GoBuster Maverick, attained by combining with RH-03, Bunny Custom has RH-03 attach to Maverick much like LiOh or GoBuster Oh, forming a pair of arms, with the shoulders being Maverick's arms, folded and flipped around. However, unlike other combinations with 03, the propeller isn't used as a weapon, or a shield, but retains use as a propeller, attaching to the connector on the back which held the wolf head in Animal Mode, the rabbit head attaching on top of it, and the remaining bit (The rabbit forelegs) attaching just below it. Finally, the boosters attach to Maverick's waist, just above the hips. Bunny Custom is one of Terumi's preferred combos.

Image/ Description: A special mode of GoBuster Maverick, attained by combining with GT-02 and RH-03. Designed as an alternative to GoBuster Oh, in case Red Buster is unavailable, GoBuster Hao is, put simply, a combination of Bunny and Kong Customs, with the parts fitting in much the same places, however, the forelegs from 03 attach in place of 02's head, and both heads attach to the wheels on the shoulders.

Type Of Mecha: Megazord
Image/ Description: A special mode of GoBuster Maverick, attained by combining with SJ-05. S-05 splits into the separate parts, with the two side sections forming arms, with horns extended to use as blades, and the center section, rather than a gun, attached to the back as a stabilizer. Finally, the rear booster attaches to the chest, with the wolf head attaching onto the front of it. The machinegun feature is still usable by the wolf head opening it's mouth, revealing the gun.

History
Terumi was born to a pretty normal family. His father was a computer technician, and his mother was a programmer for a major web corporation, so Terumi was brought up around computers from a young age. However, even his parents were surprised by the remarkable skill he showed, even at a young age. By age ten, he’d already completely reprogrammed his own home computer, making it run five times more efficiently and effectively, with barely any modifications to the hardware. By age fifteen, he’d made a series of ten websites perfectly interlinked, which collected various data from around the web and compiled it, running off of an AI program Terumi had programmed. However, life was far from sunshine and rainbows. Due to his intelligence, Terumi wasn’t a very popular student in school, often picked on for his rather outlandish personality, or scolded for correcting teachers, so he was always a loner, working on his own all the time. In his spare time, Terumi often tried to get into robotics, having drawn up various designs and written complex AI programs, but every time he tried to use tools to make them, he would end up injuring himself, often with cuts and scrapes and bruises on his hands. Eventually, he simply stopped trying, having developed a phobia of using tools, subconsciously feeling that he’d injure himself again any time he’d use a tool.
Fast-forwarding to about five years ago, Terumi had just graduated high school, having advanced multiple grades thanks to his scores, and decided to put his skill to the test. Finding a factory nearby, which had recently been closed down and therefore was still functional, Terumi made simple work of picking the locks, getting inside, disabling the remaining security, and hacking into the main computer system, reprogramming the entire system to function from Terumi’s programs, installed into the main system. Within a month, Terumi had the entire facility under his absolute control, and decided he wanted to take it further. But he couldn’t decide how.
That was until the day Terumi was caught in an attack staged by a being called a Data Avatar, and was saved by a hero in a rather colorful costume, bearing special high-tech weapons, who identified himself as a “GoBuster”, and inspired Terumi. Taking inspiration from his technology, including his giant robot, identified as a “Buster Machine”, and his mechanical partner, a “Buddyroid”, Terumi set out to duplicate it. He spent the next year in his factory, rarely even leaving aside from getting food, working night and day, day and night, having completely reworked the factory to produce the items he’d need. Meanwhile, he also wrote a special program, which he called the “Howling Drive” system, onto a specially made artificial bacterium created from his own genetic code, and implanted it into his body, giving him increased physical attributes, his special ability, and the ability to withstand the effects of the virus used by the Avatars.
Within the last stretch of the year, Terumi finished his next major breakthrough, his own mechanical partner, the Buddyroid Wolfgang M. Cyclos. Finally having a helping hand, and some company, the work began to pick up more, finishing the Morphin’ Lens in the following year, then the WolBuster suit a few months later, and the Drive Shaft within another month, and finally, a whole year and a half later, WM-07. It was about this time that Terumi’s activities had sparked interest, and a response, from the organization responsible for the original Busters, the International Police. When he was approached, before they even had a chance to speak to him, Terumi immediately requested to join them, wanting to help people like the man who saved him. So, now we come to the present day, where Terumi is an official part of the Interpol’s Black Ops unit, the GoBusters.

A simple job. Get in, reprogram the security, snag the part, and get out. But of course, it wasn’t going to be simple. Not by a long shot. Instead of the machine part he was supposed to find, there was a bunch of Buglars. Cursing under his breath, Terumi bolted from the room, trying to get enough distance to get in touch with Wolf safely. Unfortunately, he couldn’t manage to get a signal inside the building, so he instead had to find his way out, and meet up with Wolf outside. Upon reaching the exit, the Buglars caught up, crowding around him outside. With a smirk, Terumi knocked them back, pulling out his Morphin’ Lens, and quickly slipping it on. ”You runts ready to rock?” He bellowed, raising his hand to the lens, starting the Morph sequence, with the Lens resounding “It’s Morphin’ Time!”, followed by Terumi saying ”Let’s Morphin’!” As the transformation ended, Terumi called out his Drive Shaft using his Transpod, and quickly struck down the Buglars. Turning back around to Wolf, he sighed. ”We got a bad tip. It wasn’t in there, so we’ve got no reason to hang around. Let’s book it, double time. “ As Terumi finished speaking, Wolf responded with a quick ”Gotcha.” before changing to Motorcycle Mode, and the two rode off, headed for home.
