There was the Virgo Switch, a Horoscopes Switch that had escaped them. It wasn't entirely known how it got away, but it had.
Kengo was at school, searching out the person who possessed it. Ran; that woman. He knew she had it, and he would take it back.

Ran had a bad feeling about today. She didn't know what exactly it was, but something just felt... off. Wrong. She clutched the Virgo Switch tightly in her pocket, feeling it pulse gently. Now she was worried. It never pulsed like that unless another of her kind was nearby, and that was never good news.
She walked through the campus courtyard, ready to assume her monstrous other form if needed.

"Aikata!" he called, coming from another door and standing in the frame. He had his hand around his Switch in his pocket. But she was Virgo, she was dangerous. He'd have to be careful here.

Now something was definitely up.
"Oh, Kengo-san! What do you want?" Ran asked. She had a bad feeling as to what he wanted, and she gripped it ever tighter, her thumb poised on the button.

"Your Switch," he told her simply, matter-of-factly. "Give it up, and you won't get hurt. Virgo."

She knew it. "I'm not going to give you this power so you can give it to some psycho who's going to use it to hurt people." She pulled the Switch out of her pocket. "If you want it so badly, then take it."

"Are we gonna fight anytime in this week, or should I free up a spot within the next month?" Ran said sarcastically. She wanted to get this over with.

"Fine," he said, clicking his Switch. Libra appeared right in front of Ran, slamming his staff towards her.

Ran dodged back and pressed her Switch, her body then falling backwards as Virgo appeared. She fired a blast of Cosmic Energy at Libra.

Libra flung his mantle up and braced it with his staff, converting it to pure Cosmic Energy and slamming it to her blast.

This resulted in a small explosion, and by the time the smoke cleared, Ran was gone. She had taken off, and launched a barrage of Cosmic Energy blasts at Kengo.

He slammed his staff into the ground, creating illusionary versions of himself to block the attacks, draining his energy by making them solid.

Ran teleported to the ground behind Kengo and fired another blast of Cosmic Energy.

He stumbled forward and rolled across the ground, "I didn't expect that," he muttered, coming up to a knee and swinging his staff out, sending rings of Cosmic Energy from the tip of his staff, from the rings hanging from it.
