He swung down to make the parry, but twisted his body to do so.

The two swords locked, and Delete pulled it away for a slash to the chest. She followed this up with another.

He dodged rather than press an attack, watching her. Was her leg wrong? Wounded?

Delete was trying to hide her bad leg. She was clearly favoring her right leg in combat. She might have to end this quickly before he noticed.

He lunged forward, throwing a punch left, twisting his right wrist and plunging his sword at the leg he presumed was bad.

Delete noticed the sword and focused her attention on that. She slashed at the sword, taking the punch. She knew it was a necessary evil. Delete fired two point blank shots at his chestplate to push him back. Looks like I may need Mass Effect.

He stumbled back from those shots, wishing he had his knuckle weapon. He drew the sword up into two hands, pointing the blade to her.

Delete kept on the defensive. She blocked the slash and attempted to sweep Gavan's legs with her good leg.

One of his legs was struck by her sweep, but he triggered the miniature thrusters, pushing himself over her sweeping leg and throwing out a kick for her head.
