Overview:
Alexandra is an enigmatic woman who acts to serve her own ends for the most part, though most of the time it really isn’t her own. She keeps herself secluded and doesn’t talk to a lot of people, but when she does she has a haughty attitude for the most part, definitely an elitist. She’s proud, arrogant, and her own person, never relying on others unless she absolutely has to, and even then with apprehension. She’s a skilled combatant, and intelligent. That, combined with her natural charms, makes her a dangerous woman.

History
Alexandra had a brother five years her elder named Jason. Their father and other parts of their family were military contractors, their company being Reagan Applications. They began not too long ago, and have recently been using their money for more, and advanced weaponry, including EMP hardened tanks, helicopters, and other vehicles, along with stronger weaponry for soldiers.
When she was fifteen she developed a drug problem. Jason helped her, but she refused to take the help. Two years later he died trying to help her, when a dealer shot him. After that Alexandra stopped using and got clean, for her brother’s sake.
She finished school and went on to live off of the family money, taking tutors instead of going to a college. She started to hate leaving home. She spent her time focusing on other factors as well, such as archery, equestrianism, fencing and the like.
After a few more years she ended up finally going into her brother’s bedroom. She hated that she had caused his death, hated herself. She found a strange device in his room and took it up, finding that there was a note on it. It was meant for her, apparently. She assumed it was a gift for a birthday, or if he could get her clean.
It was a ShodoPhone, but she didn’t know what it was. She found more information in his room as she dug around, eventually finding the idea behind it, and about Mojikara. She found research from her brother as well about how to utilize it without the traditional methods, and chose to try it.
Utilizing a button she was able to transform into ShinkenBlue, having Water elemental Mojikara. She chose to use it for what she believed her brother would want, and became a sort of vigilante.
However, this was cut short. Her father came to her one day with a strange man. This man addressed himself as Ravinn Wolf, and her father said that they were in his debt. He didn’t elaborate.
Alexandra was also now in Ravinn’s debt, and it didn’t take a long time for him to learn about her other identity, and begin to use it as a way to pay off the debt.

Alexandra descended the front entrance of the family manor with her dress flowing around her. She drew the ShodoPhone from it and lifted it up as she moved down the stairs.
The device was in front of her now as she pressed the button. An elemental mark flew out of the ShodoPhone, appearing in front of her. She walked through the symbol, stepping down clad in blue and black.
“ShinkenBlue…” She looked to Ravinn, “What are your orders?”
