1) Pretty much anything by The Protomen
2) Well, the only anime I've watched any significant amount of episodes for is "Zatch Bell", and I actually quite enjoy it. I need to get back into it...
3) A falcon that's been trained to fetch me food and items. I would feed him crackers and calls him Lombardi.
