Hero Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Meteor
Type Of Hero: Kamen Rider
Henshin Device: The Meteor Driver and Meteor Switch.
Henshin Sequence: He pulls out the Meteor Driver, often with the Switch already loaded in, and if it isn’t, he loads it in and places it around his waist. He slides the small lever up at the top to the side, and the Driver announces, “METEOR, READY?” Up in orbit, the MBUS folds out into Transmission Mode and he throws his arms out, left to the top and right to the bottom, and rotates them clockwise until they end up slightly slanted in front of his chest, with his right arm below the left. Kyle says, “Henshin.” and slams the spherical lever on the side of the belt. The lever on top returns to it’s original position, the globe in the middle begins to spin and emit different colors, and the MBUS fires down a beam of blue Cosmic Energy. He crouches, and is encased in a blue ball of fire. He flies off, going to whatever new battle has sprung up, often hits the enemy with the fireball, and then slams it into the ground, dispersing the fire and revealing Meteor.
Forms:
- Form Name: Meteor
Image/ Description: Here
Motif: Meteor, Space, Stars, Awesome disco-sounding music
Color Scheme: Blue, Black, Red, Silver
Transformation: See above
Fighting Style: He uses Jeet Kune Do, a flowing style of minimal movement but extreme speed, mainly a reactionary style of interceptions, blocks and counterstrikes, but he has created moves of his own for offense.
Weapons: The Meteor Galaxy, a device mounted on his right arm which has three Levers, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn, as well as a slot for a Switch.
Abilities: He can move pretty fast, his all around stats are increased, and the Levers on the Galaxy can do some pretty cool stuff. The Mars Lever activates the Mars Breaker, a fiery punch, the Jupiter Lever activates the Jupiter Hammer, a super-duper-duper powerful punch, and the Saturn Lever activates Saturn Sorcery, where he conjures Saturn on his hand and launches the rings to act as a guided boomerang. Other than that, he can also use Fourze’s Switches in his Driver to add effects to a few of his attacks.
Finisher(s):- Meteor Strike- He turns the Meteor Switch on in the Driver, and it announces, “METEOR ON! LIMIT BREAK!” as the globe begins to spin and emit colors again. He crouches, leaps into the air, and performs a flying side kick with his foot trailing blue fire, destroying the target with extreme prejudice.
- Starlight Shower- His preferred finisher, he pulls the Meteor Switch out of the Driver, puts it into the Galaxy and flips it on, and the Galaxy announces, “METEOR ON! LIMIT BREAK!” as blue energy collects around his hand. He begins punching, hard, fast jabs, and his punches trail energy, like comet tails, and after punching enough, the enemy explodes. These punches can also be fired as projectiles, but when he does it like this, the final strike is a larger blast.

History
Kyle’s parents were never really there for him as a kid, his dad being a super-powerful business-type person who was constantly either overseas or working, so he didn’t know him all to well. His mother was an ambassador, specifically to Japan. His dad’s company was moving it’s headquarters to Tokyo for some reason Kyle was too young to remember, so his family packed up and moved to Tokyo when Kyle was 3. His parents, when they were actually home with him, alternated speaking English and Japanese, so Kyle learned both languages.
In school, Kyle never really had any friends. His only friends for a long time were the characters in the games his parents bought him as an attempt to keep him placated that his parents were never home. He actually developed a more parental connection with the waitstaff, especially Kaibi, his butler, who became like a father to him. It was Kaibi who instilled in him basic values, like hard work and courtesy, stuff his parents should have taught him. He learned other values when he started doing Jeet Kune Do at age 8, at Kaibi’s insistence, saying he needed something better to do than games.
Kyle took to martial arts like a fish to water, and became the top student in the class after about a year and a half. However, the displaced top student, Ken, was a little mad that he had his spot taken by this new kid, an American no less, and confronted Kyle after class with a few of his buddies. After Kyle easily kicked the crap out of his goons, Ken whipped out a Zodiarts Switch and used it to become a Lepus Zodiarts. Kyle was saved when a person in a strange suit of white armor (Kuuga, don’t worry) showed up and kicked the Zodiarts’s butt and left. This one incident started a chain of events which would end in Kyle gaining his Driver.
Kyle, after seeing the hatred that powered Ken in his quest to regain the top spot, vowed to put a stop to these Switches. Of course, there wasn’t much he could do about it, so he just left it alone and went on with his studies and martial arts. When Kyle was twelve, he was out grocery shopping with Kaibi when another Zodiarts, this time a Perseus, was rampaging. It cut down Kaibi without a thought, and was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Kyle, while sitting at his bedside, was given a box by a nurse. Inside the box was a letter sitting on a red velvet cover, from Tachibana. It explained the monster and all that jazz, and explained the belt inside, the Meteor Driver. Kyle took the Driver and used it to destroy the Perseus, and rushed back to the hospital, but was too late. While Kyle was striking the last blow in his first Starlight Shower, Kaibi had died.
Kyle grieved for several months, then picked up started going to school again. When he graduated middle school, he transferred into AGHS, and has pretty much been patrolling AGHS for a while. He’s even got a website dedicated to the urban legend that is the Blue Meteor, a man who appears in blue fire, defeating the monsters that terrorize the school.

Sample RP: Kyle walked into his room, tossed his blazer on a chair, and pulled out his computer, opening it and booting up his Internet browser. His homepage, in a somewhat narcissistic fashion, was Blue Meteor’s fanpage. He enjoyed scrolling through the witness drawings and laughing at how far off some of them were. He saw one which depicted him as more of a knight with a weird helmet, one depicted him as a mutant, one was little more than a stick figure. He applauded the effort, but it was not well spent.
He closed the program, revealing his background of him and Kaibi, smiling. Kyle smiled for a moment, looking at the picture, and closed the laptop, pulling out his science binder and getting to work on his homework.
