The Promise Made at the River [Sailor Senshi]

Sick of waiting on this to go anywhere, when I express extreme amounts of doubt that it will.

As much as Caty hated Japan, she hated not being able to stay, as this was now her duty. But she had somewhere to be, and that wasn't Japan.

She had left Japan and gone to Europe. Britain; London. She was French, from France, but she needed to be in London. On this day, no matter what, she had to go to London.

Was she ignoring her Senshi duties? Perhaps. But she couldn't tell anyone, she had just vanished. It would probably look like that, but...what else could she do?

Instead of getting a cab, once on the ground, she just started walking instead, going towards her destination.

[Kaori Tsubasa]

"I'm loooooost!" Kaori yells, hoping to attract the attention of the group she had gotten separated from.

For some reason or whatever, her school had decided this years school trip would be to London, England. Kaori was quite surprised that her school could afford that.

Kaori had never left Japan before, even though she had family all over Europe as her grandfather had migrated from Germany to Japan a long time ago.

Kaori and her group were wondering around London (with a tour guide of course), enjoying the sights, but somehow Kaori had found herself separated from them.

"Well this is just great," she sighs, "Maybe i should hitchhike back to the hotel?"

[Ayumi Hino]

"You shouldn't be so hasty in doing something like hitchiking in a foreign country," Ayumi said coming behind her girlfriend, "you might not know who would want to do you harm; then would you be?"

She then looked around before asking a local for the way back to the hotel before gripping Kaori's hand, "Come on, the hotel is this way," Ayumi said.

[Kaori Tsubasa]

Kaori bursts into a river of tears while squeezing Ayumi tightly.

"AY-UM-I!!!!!!!!! I THOUGHT I'D NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN!!!"

She kept balling going on about how happy she was to be found and that she didn't have to resort to becoming a beggar on the streets while Ayumi asked for directions and let her towards the hotel.

[Ayumi Hino]

"That's why I told you not to wander off by yourself," Ayumi said, "good thing I can track you with my powers." She then kissed Kaori on the cheek, "Come on I'll buy you something to eat," she said.

[Kaori Tsubasa]

Kaori gins, "You're the best, Ayumi-chan!"

[Ayumi Hino]

"Of course, you're the best too," Ayumi said as she led Kaori into a McDonalds store,"let's eat here."

[Kaori Tsubasa]

Kaori groans, "Ah, but i wanted udon!"

[Ayumi Hino]

"I don't know where we can buy good Udon around here and I don't want you to get sick because of bad ingredients; this is the best thing we can do for now," Ayumi said as she looked at Kaori, "and besides we're going to meet up with the class anyways so let's not eat too much."

[Kaori Tsubasa]

"But aren't places like McDonalds the reason Americans are so fat and jiggly?" she laughed.

[Ayumi Hino]

"That's because they overeat when they come here, its their own fault," Ayumi said as she poked Kaori's cheek, "and I trust you not to do the same."

[Kaori Tsubasa]

Kaori nods, "Alright. I'm fine with eating her then. You order yours first and then i'll order mine."

Kaori snickers, hoping to have some fun with these working-stiff Brits.

[Ayumi Hino]

Ayumi raised her eyebrow before ordering her food and then taking a seat before waiting for her girlfriend to join her.

After watching Ayumi order her food and finally sit down, Kaori strolls over to the front counter.

"Welcome to McDonalds. How can i help you?" the woman says in English with a false looking smile.

Kaori, in her best English says, "I would like the Big Mac."

"Anything else?" the woman asks.

"Diet Coke," adds Kaori, "One question?"

The woman raises her eyebrow, "Yes, ma'am?"

"Are the burgers made out of discarded human fetus?"

The woman stares at her funny, "....No...."

"I read somewhere that this place serves human fetus. Are you seeing the Internet is a liar?"

"Ma'am, our burgers are pure one hundred percent beef."

"Cow fetus?"

"NEXT PLEASE!" the woman screams, not even willing to deal with Kaori anymore.

[Ayumi Hino]

"Oi, oi," Ayumi said with a sigh as she went to Kaori and dragged her by the ear to the table, "are you trying to deliberately make me angry?" she asked calmly, "I told you not to joke around while we're overseas."
