Overview: Liam is a man often chastised amongst the M.M.C.P.U. for his violent approach during “missions”. He gives little regard to those around him, both fellow officers as well as civilians which has earned him something of a reputation amongst the group. The only people he shows any care for are his younger sister whom requires constant medical attention and his ally, Scott, whom he looks towards as a sort of “Uncle” figure. He is expressively violent and aggressive in a battle, and won’t stop even after the target is dead until he’s satisfied his destructive drive.

History

Liam Sutherland grew up a normal child, along with his younger sister Jamie; their life had been peaceful, with their father serving as a Law Enforcement Officer in Glasgow, Scotland. Of course their lives changed for the worst, when at the age of nineteen—his family was left victimized by an attack from a group of monsters. Having attacked his family as well as in the public, before Liam was saved by a “Masked Hero”—but the damage had been dealt and Liam’s parents were dead, his sister having suffered grave injury. On the same day, Liam was approached by a suited man who offered him a position in a special group, and in return for Liam joining they would pay him enough to survive and provide healthcare for his sister.

Since then, Liam has been serving as an Officer himself—however he has developed infamy due to his violent methods. Liam having developed a form of PTSD from witnessing his family’s death which throws him into a violent and dangerous frenzy when he finds a monster—only wanting their gruesome destruction, and ignoring the concern of nearby civilians or comrades in the process. Liam is equipped with the Experimental G4 System which provides great ability capacity, yet puts great physical strain on the wearer—even worst is the A.I. System known as Cain that is within the G4 System which pushes Liam to continue the fight until it’s over, no matter Liam’s current physical condition. Yet his dangerous actions as an officer have not only earned him a bad reputation, but threats of discharge only make him worst as he has been put under house arrest until he can be ‘welcomed’ back.

He continues making use of the G4 System despite the risks, only wanting to make sure his sister is provided for. Assisted only by the man known as Scott Marlowe; Liam is dedicated to making sure he leaves behind enough coverage for his sister, not caring if he loses his life in the line of duty, and is even willing to perform low actions if it’s for the well-being of his last remaining piece of family. He has developed also an inferiority complex due to not being “strong enough” to protect his parents, and blames himself for his sister’s current injuries, thus he is obsessed with proving the strength of himself and the G4 System within the M.M.C.P.U. no matter what.

Liam clenched his teeth as well as his fists as he opened his eyes slowly. He shouldn’t care for what they think, so long as he accomplished what he desired. Yet at the same time… at the same time… “I need strength, I need to prove it, if I don’t prove to them as well as myself the strength I have then…” he clenched his fists tighter than before, his sister in his thoughts. ’Jamie…’

Liam perked; his thoughts ruined as he suddenly saw the flicker of a red light as his phone proceeded to ring. “…” He got up and walked over to it, seeing the name “Marlowe” on it, he slowly picked it up. Pressing the ‘answer’ button with his thumb he held the phone to his ear; “…What is it?”

Overview: An aged man; Scott is someone who’s seen a lot in his life time, coming off as very wise and perceptive. He likes to help others when he can, and despite keeping an aura of enigmaticness around him he still comes off as an overall good man. There are things he keeps in the dark about, like his exact past with the M.M.C.P.U. as well as the conditions as how he retired. Preferring to keep with his work on the mechanics of the G4 System and making it better as he shares a bit of a similar desire with Liam in seeing the G4 System be proved superior.

Still the A.I. allows G4-X to move around on its own, as well as act as Scott remotely commands or programs. Although the namesake would make it seem like the Cain A.I.’s twin—it’s rather more of a younger brother, and yet stands inappropriately named. The Abel Cain is less ruthless than its counterpart, Cain, due to the fact it is still a developing A.I.—as Scott expects this to change in the future.

History

Scott Marlowe is a man with a most enigmatic past; not being the type of man who discloses it openly, the only things truly known about him is what are on records. That being his biological information, such as the fact he was born in Marseilles, France, and was the son of a most renowned technological expert who actually had a hand in the concept for the development of the “Systems”. Of course, it’s also known that Scott’s father killed himself for reasons unknown—some believing it had to link with depression as Scott’s mother had passed away due to cancer and as a Father, Scott’s father had struggled to support his son, having spent most of their money on the resources to continue his research and experimentation.

Scott is known to have formerly been a part of the M.M.C.P.U. having supported them with his previous more “healthy” physical stature, as well as his still healthy intelligence that has helped them in the field of R&D. Furthermore, Scott is credited as the head and the man responsible for creating the G4 System—although like his Father before, there were some pre-existing criticisms, which the ones regarding Scott involving the danger in wearing the G4 System. Its powerful capabilities—while useful in the extermination of threats; can put great strain on the wearer and risk injury to health. It’s possible these criticisms are what led to Scott to silently retire from the M.M.C.P.U. and seemingly fade out into the shadows.

It would seem though he wouldn’t remain in shadow forever; as for when Liam became the chosen wearer of the previously sealed up G4 System—Scott would reveal himself and forge a partnership with Liam. Becoming his man for maintenance and upgrades for the G4 System, making it stronger as Liam desired, and in return seeing his creation become regarded as a more dangerous threat than before. Scott feigns concern for Liam, but it would happen to be he regards more with his narcissism as far as the strength of his creation goes—as while Liam works hard to support his sister while making a mess of the streets in the midst of handling the monster threat, Scott is using his gathered resources to create an autonomous replicate of the G4 System—superior and yet inferior in different ways, as its main advantage is its lack of requiring of a Human Wearer. The A.I. and Remote-Controlled Operated System known as; Kamen Rider G4-X.

Scott laid back in his seat, letting out a big exhale, was it finally done? He had spent weeks and weeks developing and finishing this masterpiece of a concept—a Kamen Rider System that was Autonomous to an extent, and would not require a Human Wearer in order for it to function. It was the next stage of advancement after his previously created system, the G4 System, in which he had previously tried and failed to prove its superiority over the systems of the past. Something that ate away at him, and yet he felt something would be proven with this new one.

“The A.I. has been installed; the mainframe has been constructed, everything has been pieced together and I have its Armament in storage for future operation.” Scott spoke aloud as he examined the check-list he had on his desk. His eyes narrowed, “That should about do it which means…” he smirked, “…It’s complete!” He exclaimed with great joy, oh how he would love to turn it on now and see how it functions. Yet the Abel A.I. was probably still ‘installing’ and circulating about the system. To disturb that now wouldn’t be good—it could in fact affect the maturing the A.I. itself; If he did that then…

Scott simply sighed; “I suppose I’ll just have to be patient.” He held his hands up in slight annoyance while shaking his head, “Ah well, oh well—at least I’ve finished this thing. Better put it in storage though, I wouldn’t want Liam to see this thing until its ready to make its stage show debut.” He chuckled as he pressed a button next to his desk, as the stand that held the G4-X Unit closed and retracted into the wall some; Scott letting out an exhale of relief as he slumped in his seat some. “Finally, I can’t believe it’s done, with this, I could perhaps…” he seemed to grin a bit, “…oh what fun times there will be to have.” He spoke somewhat cryptically.
