A large gang was meeting in a great warehouse. A deal was taking place with another gang. They were trading black-market level items. It wasn't drugs or illegally aquired weapons....well, it was, but of a different sort.
It was a supply of Gaia Memories.
The gangs were well-armed, but not prepared for a full-on assault by the forces of Foundation X, especially a strike force led by Rupert Maverick.

On the complete opposite side of Rupert's task force, Ruksana Nayar and Grace Granger were driving down the street at full speed. Well Rookie was driving, Gracie was in the back of the truck getting her armour attached by a man with a bullet wound in his shoulder.
"Are we ready!?" Rookie shouted.
"We're good!" Grace called through.
They'd been tracking them through London, and then they'd gotten caught. One techy was dead, another was in a bad way, her arm was broken, the third was putting a badly beaten Gracie into her armour. Kyle was being rushed to hospital after being riddled with bullets.
"Almost there!" Rookie screamed.

"On my mark, boys. Three. Two. One. GO!" Rupert kicked the door in and his troops filed into the warehouse, weapons raised, and greeted by an entourage of Masquerade Dopants. Not knowing any better, the troops fired on them.

The other side of the building the door shattered and Grace thundered out in the G2 armour, shooting at targets with her gun. But with no way of telling which side anyone was on, everything human shaped and armed was given a red target marker denoting "Threat".

"Sir!" One of Rupert's boys pointed at the G2 armour.
"They're not with us." Rupert said, not taking his eyes off his targets. "Shoot 'em."

Several bullets flew into Grace's armour and she ducked to the ground before tossing a small grenade into the middle of the room. There was a tremendous bang and then a flash of blidning white light as smoke filled the room.
