Overview: Kazuki is a young man who’s seen a lot of misfortune occur around him growing up; he’s seen many people come to suffer because of things that they could not control—such as the loss of family for example. He’s very strong and courageous, wanting to help others and make them able to smile, but the truth he is himself suffers with an aching heart from his past. Often putting a front to keep others from worrying for him, as he goes through life with a smile that only stands as true when he’s successfully helped someone.

Henshin Sequence: Pulling out the Lost Driver, he holds it in front of his waist. A silver belt extends around his waist, connecting into the Lost Driver as it tightens to his body. Kazuki then pulls out his Cyclone Memory, pressing it once as it shouts ”CYCLONE!” in which Kazuki says “Henshin..!” before slotting the memory into his Lost Driver and slapping it open with the back of his hand. Green wind energy begins to swirl around him as the “coating” of Kamen Rider Cyclone materializes onto his body, becoming Kamen Rider Cyclone as the wind energy “explodes” and his eyes glow red, stepping forward slowly as the strengthening wind causes his scarf to dance around.

  Fighting Style: As Cyclone; Kazuki likes to make full use of his elemental control, using the wind to soar around and deliver fast blows while in movement, or using the wind to throw aside his enemies. He can do things as well such as kick the air and cause a blade of wind energy to fly at his enemy like a projectile. In up-close he specializes with delivering kicks, not someone who favors the use of punches.

History

Edagawa Kazuki on the front is just your average man, he goes on through life with a smile and has a big-heart which allows him to care for and help others. He’s the kind of guy you can admire, a real neighborhood hero so-to-speak. On the inside though he’s nothing like how he appears normally, he’s really a man who aches from the past he’s gone through—having lost his mother when he was still growing up due to sudden illness, and furthermore his Father, a brilliant man who had always strived to find ways to improve the life-style of everyone in their home of Fuuto for the better, had disappeared in the midst of a terrorist attack that occurred back during 2001. Having spent the rest of his childhood in the care of other family members, he remained bitter and quiet—until his eighteenth birthday when he received a package made out for him from his Father.

Also his Father had been missing for four years at that point; the now eighteen year old Kazuki would discover a Lost Driver as well as the Cyclone Memory inside. Also present in the box was a letter made out to him, the letter telling him to continue smiling and no matter what to help others with this “present”. Kazuki was at first confused as to what his Father meant, thinking the Lost Driver inside was a mere children’s toy. He quickly discovered that the Lost Driver and Cyclone Memory were key to becoming something great, the key to becoming Kamen Rider Cyclone, a masked hero who could manipulate the very wind that blew through Fuuto—if not the world itself. Since then, the bitterness of Kazuki faded as he pledged to himself use the Driver and Memory to bring smiles to others, and return both happiness and hope to them.

In the meantime; Kazuki is currently studying to become a florist. He serves as an employee to a young woman who owns a Flower Shop in Fuuto, and is rather passionate about the career. His mother possessed a love for Flowers specifically, and Kazuki wants to carry that on, seeing flowers as one way to convey feelings as well as another to bring happiness to someone. Although he saw his newfound constant smile as fake, he finds that now it may be becoming real after he met a peculiar girl by the name of Mikan Ushiba.

“Well, that’s the end of that.” Cyclone hovered down to the ground, a group of Masquerade Dopants scattered around—writhing in pain from the ass-kicking they had just received. Cyclone made a bit of a chuckle as he walked over and picked up one by the collar of his suit, “Now, you’ll stop causing trouble with your dealings in this area, right?” He tilted his head. The Masquerade Dopant groaned, “F-fat… chance! Wait until the ‘Boss’ hears about this!”

Cyclone only chuckled again, amused by the petty threat, “Well, I can’t wait. If he comes here himself I’ll do the same to him that I did to you all. Now, get going.” He dropped the Masquerade Dopant onto his back as he stood up, looking down upon him. The Masquerade Dopant got up and with the others fled, yelling in fear as they continued to flee. Cyclone’s transformation was disengaged as Kazuki stood there, smiling faintly.

“I’ll continue to protect the city and its smiles; so long as the wind keeps on blowing…”
