Overview:
Setsu is someone who can be easily distracted by things, and is somewhat hyper. She’s almost selfish and self-centered, in that she doesn’t like to help people unless they really need help. She would prefer to be with her friends and doing things with them than be doing other things, though she had enough discipline to finish training with her father, and enough responsibility to become TentoRaiger, whether she wanted to or not. She knows that deep down she has a duty, and has a level of appreciation for that duty and of people, but it’s hard for that to come out. Because she wants to be more normal, and just spend time with friends. She almost based herself on friends, instead of living her own life, just to escape duty, to an extent.

History

The third Gorai Changer was lost to the Ikazuchi-Arash Clan a time ago, and found by Setsu’s father, who was excommunicated by the Shadows. It may appear as if he stole the Changer, but that’s not the case.

When Setsu was born, her mother died in childbirth. Her father was an honorable man, so he didn’t remarry due to his love for his wife. He raised Setsu alone, and when she started to grow up, started to teach her the ways of the Ikazuchi.

Even with this ninja training, she was allowed to go and do as she pleased in her free time. She dyed her hair and began to spend most of her time with friends and away from home, but her father knew she was trained and could take care of herself.

When she turned eighteen, her father gave her the Gorai Changer and told her that she was going to be a Ranger, and even if she wasn’t a member of the Shadows, she was as good as any of them, and should do as she saw fit with them. Join them, fight against them, whatever she saw fit.

She has yet to encounter them, however, and has no plans to fight them.

Setsu looked at the Gorai Changer. It was never too much to practice transforming with it.

“Jinrai Shinobi Change!” she called, thrusting her arm up. The wings on the Changer opened and lightning flashed around her body, forming her yellowed suit.

"Well, that's easy enough," she commented, shrugging and walking off, forgetting to undo her transformation for a few moments.
