Civvie Stuff
Name: Your characters name.
Age: How old your character is.
Sex: Male or Female? or Hermaphrodite? Whatever works for you.
Nationality: Where your character is from.
Occupation: How does your character earn his or her crust?
Species: Is your character Human? Fangire? Silurian? or something else?
Celebrity Claim: Who you'd want to play your character if this was an actual TV Series? please check Here before committing.
Hair color/style: A short description of your characters hairstyle and color.
Eyes: A short description of your characters eyes, what color they are, whether they have glasses, etc.
Description: At least a paragraph to sum up your characters appearance, skin, size, clothes whatever.

Ranger Stuff
Name: The name of your Power Ranger/ Sentai member, check Here to make sure it isn't taken.
Team: What team is your Ranger in, SPD, the Shinkengers, a canon one, check Here for a list of teams and rangers that have been designated
Morpher /Sequence: What your character uses to morph and what happens when it's activated.
Description of Ranger Form: A brief description of your characters Ranger Form, what it looks like any abilities it possesses etc.
