Overview:
Koyomi is a quiet woman who doesn’t really like new people. She can be outspoken when she needs to be, and has a bit of a temper at times. She’s usually quiet and simply watches and waits with people, feeling their emotions and their thoughts at times. She can appear as calm and sweet, but at times makes odd comments, acts like a bit of a jerk to new people (as previously mentioned), and is deeply intuitive and intelligent on things she knows about.

History

Koyomi’s past is unknown. She found herself alone one day without any knowledge of anything, but with the ability to utilize some magic, and with knowledge of Phantoms and mages, along with some other magical elements, such as creatures and users.

Currently she’s wandering around, but has found a place to remain. A kind family has taken her in, though she lives alone in their refurbished garage, often spending her time there, not often going out into a world she no longer remembers.

She was given the name “Koyomi” by an unknown figure whom appeared to her one day, clothed in white.

Overview:
Eisuke is a cocky man who loves privacy and quiet. He’s a talented violinist and he’s a womanizer who has a weakness for attractive women. He’s suave and accepting when it comes to women, but doesn’t particularly care or men that much. He doesn’t quite like cocky people, despite himself being cocky, and will put down people who provoke him. He doesn’t like to fight a lot, so his magic and skills suffer, but he is a talented mage. He is also wealthy, adding to the cockiness he has. Deep down he is a good guy, however.

Henshin Device: Hurricane Ring and Wizard Driver
Henshin Sequence: Once his Driver appears on his waist, he lifts his left hand up and lowers it in front of the belt while the hand is angled to the left. With the command of “Henshin”, he casts his hand upwards, sending wind magic flying up around him. The wind forms into his armor, his coattails floating out before he lowers his hand.

  Fighting Style: He fights with a swift style, relying on both kicks to protect his rings, and casting magic from a range with his Hurricane Ring.
  Weapons: Only his Rings, which are his Hurricane Ring (for transforming and casting stronger wind magic), a Defense Ring, and the Extend Ring for elongating a body part, akin to the Luna Memory. He has his Finale Ring as a finishing attack. He additionally has his Summon Ring for his Garuda Plamonster, and the Garuda Ring to power it.
  Abilities: Higher stats, lower defense, higher speed and agility, wind magic
  Finisher(s): Finale Ring: Cyclone Round. He scans the Finale Ring and wind magic builds up around him. He shoots for the opponent and throws a series of roundhouse kicks into the enemy during his levitation.
  
  When the Garuda is summoned, he can put its ring on and scan it, using it in place of his Finale. He shoots up with it, surrounded by slashing winds, and comes down with it, forming a giant wind Garuda around himself and crashing into the enemy.

History

Eisuke comes from a good family, using his family money currently in his life to avoid a career of any sort. When he was sixteen his parents died in a plane crash, leaving him alone in the world. He almost fell into despair, but a man clothed in white appeared to him and trained him in magic, telling him that he was a Gate.

He spent his days training in wind magic, becoming a master of it to the level of wearing the White Wizard’s robes, unlike the other Wizards. He currently lives off of his family money and spends his time with the violin, something he took up as a child. He became very skilled in it.

But as time went on, he’s become lonely. He stopped practicing his magic as actively, and no longer fights the Phantoms as frequently. The magic has presumably taken a toll on his body.

Overview:
Maya is a sly woman who can be called a thief at times, but doesn’t push things. She plays with her magic to get her way in situations, such as offering to pay her half of a meal, and using magic to hide her wallet only to have it reappear later, or taking money magically from someone’s wallet then giving it back to them as her payment (while keeping the rest). She has a good heart, however, even if she’s hard to approach and a hard person to like. She’s skilled in her magic and in combat to some degree. But she a good person, doing this for her family.

History

Her grandmother was the first Magical Mask, using magic to fight magical creatures to save people. Her mother was to be the next, but was crippled sometime after giving birth to Maya. She was unable to become Magical Mask, so Maya was going to be the next one.

After being born and brought up, she was taught to use magic and how to fight to the degree she would need. She ended up choosing to do the job for her family’s sake, and left home to venture out into the world and combat the magical creatures that she was supposed to oppose, and the Phantoms, which are new to her.

She ended up having her own fun while she was out fighting for people’s lives, but always remembered why she was doing this. She also has tried to heal her mother with magic, but was unable to.

Overview:
Kizaki comes off as an ass at times, but his heart is actually in the right place. He’s secretive, anti-social, and believes that the end justifies the means. He has a good side to him, but it’s hard to get to. He believes he has an immense duty, as he has the ability to see his own Underworld, being a Gate, an ability that is believed to be unique to him. He also serves a White Wizard (or rather, one is his benefactor). He cares about his subordinates, but also believes that their lives are worth losing if it means protecting more people.

His inner Phantom is the Axex.

History

He was born in Tokyo, his father a firefighter, his mother an EMT, and he had a younger sister. He grew up with a sense of duty among the household, and was taught to look out for people, as his parents did. They had hopes for him, but those hopes were dashed by the death of his father in a fire. He became distant from his mother, and his friends in school.

The senses of duty his parents had given him remained, but he also wondered why you should die for people. But he grew out of it, going back, for the most part, albeit a bit colder and angrier. He had not despaired.

As he was going through college, he got into the government once he learned about Phantoms. He wanted to help people in that way, and it helped that he had a benefactor now. Someone who saw him not give into despair, and someone who knew Kizaki was special. A White Wizard.

The White Wizard taught him about magic, and about being a Gate. Kizaki came to realize he could see his own Underworld, which the White Wizard was shocked by. With the Wizard’s help, Kizaki became a government agent, and was given his own men to handle Phantom cases with. He equipped them with silver bullets (provided by the White Wizard), and is currently working his way up in the government, and attempting to capture a Phantom alive for the sake of experiments on how to better combat them.

He is also seeking his sister after she disappeared a time ago.

Overview:
Misa is cruel and calculating, not above harming others of her own kind to get what she wants, or hurting anybody. She makes sure the other Phantoms follow their orders, and has no tolerance for those who fail in their missions. She does what she has to, but tries not to put herself into the line of fire, if at all possible. She is very powerful, however, and will fight when she needs to, though always is self-preserving.

History

Misa’s past is unknown, as she can’t remember who she was as a human. But she is a powerful Phantom, and serves as one of the highest ranked Phantoms as Valkyrie, with unique abilities to herself. She is in Japan, doing the bidding of the Wiseman.

However, due to her unique abilities, she is able to see Gates, and attempts to target them, or send other Phantoms after them. She has also recently taken an interest in certain Phantoms for various reasons.

Koyomi wandered the streets alone, looking at people as they passed. She could feel them, feel their feelings, some of their thoughts.

Love, happiness. She felt this through most of the people. But she stopped and stood where she was. She closed her eyes and thought for a few moments, focusing on herself, on her own feelings.

She could feel them in the conventional sense, but also feel them as she felt others. But she couldn’t feel the same coming from herself.

She was alone.

Eisuke walked towards the Phantom, lifting his right hand up and sliding a ring onto it. He moved it in front of his waist, spawning his Driver. He slid the green ring onto his left hand and slid it down.

“Henshin,” he said softly.

He cast his hand up. Wind tore around him, building up his armor from the bottom up. The wind materialized as a flowing cape on his lower body, moving in the winds once it became physical.

Once his armor was fully formed he lowered his hand, the green ring glowing with magic. He cast it forward, unleashing a blast of winds.

“I don’t have my wallet,” Maya told the man she was with.

“You don’t? Then why did you bring me here?” he questioned.

“I thought I had it,” she said, “My mistake. I’m sorry.”

He paid for both of their meals, begrudgingly. She got up and left, stuffing her pockets back into her coat after having pulled them out to show that she had nothing.

“Thanks for that,” she said, producing her wallet after putting the pocket back in.

“But that wasn’t there!” he told her.

“Magic,” she said, walking off.

Kizaki walked through the hallway, ignoring people trying to talk to him. He had other matters to attend to, involving Phantoms. He couldn’t deal with bureaucracy right now.

He opened his office door and closed it quickly. He looked into the darkness, “What do you have for me?”

The white cloaked figure stepped out of the darkness, holding out a ring for him. Kizaki looked it over, “And what do I do with this?” he asked.

“You’ll find out,” the Wizard told him.

The stone was green.

Misa walked around, looking at a group of people. There. That was a Gate.

She walked towards a specific man, walking past him and taking a glance. She’s send a Phantom after him soon. It wasn’t her job to be following him, to be learning about what could drive him to despair. No. That was for the Phantom she sent.

She folded her arms as she walked, smiling darkly. A new Phantom needed birthing, and now.

I'm making a new post for Koyomi's power, and trying to make a list as it's utilized:

Heart Edge:
By having anyone with magical talent touch her chest near her heart, a spell seal forms and a weapon will emerge into the magic user's hand. This weapon is a physical manifestation of Koyomi's heart. If the weapon is destroyed, Koyomi will instantly die. If it is damaged, Koyomi will feel pain.

Koyomi can infuse magic into a person's hand if desired, which would allow them to draw her heart as well. For each person, her heart has a base form, but the design can change if the user desires it, although this new form is weaker.
