Henshin Device/Sequence: Targeting Implant Henshin Device and Transforming Gun - The Director's Henshin device is built into his implant eye. Whenever his implant mode is activated and he says "Gun: Command Gunslinger", The armor forms out of the gun and creates a barrier around him, transforming him into Kamen Rider Gunslinger.

• Gun Magnum - A shorter but longer handgun, also in black and silver. Serves as a side-arm and dependable off-hand weapon.
  
• Energy Repulsors, a built in repulsor pack enables him to be capable of flight, and hovering. The suit also allows for hand and foot emergency repulsors, enabling more precise directional control.
  
• Mass Driver Guns - Two batteries of six each, are hidden in his shoulder armor. They can extend and retract, and he rarely shows them. Good for hostage rescue however. as they can unfurl and fire within a second, and the encounter is over with in five seconds.
  
• Wrist Mounted Missile Launcher - Fires One.

Finisher(s): Gun Command: Multiple Target Fire - The Eye Implant targets multiple enemies or the same enemy multiple times and fires super-charged rounds in the enemies, ending with a final large blast.

• Avenger Missiles - The power for the MDGs is shunted to the repulsor pack in the back, which removes flight capability, and opens it up with two batteries of six wrist mounted type missiles each. The Implant locks on and fires.

Finisher(s): Gun Command: Helicarrier Strike - Fury says "Gun: Command Carrier Targeting". The implant targets with one of the Helicarrier's heavy rail guns and fires a heavy rail shell at a tagged target after the shields are lowered.

Gun Command: Orbital Strike - Fury says "Gun: Command Orbital Targeting". The implant targets with the HeliCarrier's Orbital Weapons Platform and fires a giant orbital laser on a tagged target. Only used against Enemy Mecha and Giant Enemies. Only Fury can authorize this attack.

History

He was born in the height of the sixties movement, but didn't fall in with them, having no brothers or sisters, and suffering a car accident at the age of 9, which left him blind in one eye...and its why he needs an eyepatch, though he later received a special implant in that eye. His father, James Fury, fought in the 2nd World War and Korea, but retired after the latter. His dream was to join the military and follow in his father's footsteps, which he did, enlisting straight ouf of High school in 1981. He was a special case. Hard worker....rising through the ranks, his father being of enough his status to recommend him for things here and there, but he got where he did by his own power.
There was the incident in the late 80s, when he was one of the youngest Colonels ever, and they very narrowly avoided an alien invasion due to the hard work of him and his team. The President appointed him to the UN-based International Task Force assigned with dusting off the idea of the agency that his grandfather had come up with.
For the magnaminity of the incident, which is highly classified, he was promoted to full General, and was made the Director of said agency, reporting to a council of six...most don't know who they are, though he does...

Recently, in light of all the monster attacks and other strange phenomena around the world, he has dusted off the old Avengers Initative....and with the full backing of SHIELD and Lockheed-Wolfe Industries, and the discovery of a strange energy source, has updated and rebranded it, to the Aero Force. Though some people who have seen them think of them as Power Rangers...that's perhaps in name only.

As a part of the new initiative, one of the LW suits has undergone a full overhaul, and was quietly transferred to SHIELD control, specifically, Joseph's personal control.

Sample RP: He stood at the table...facing the Council of Six, who looked on from their communication projections. "....This is absurd, Director. You should be thinking about real ways to protect this country, not chasing after some frivolous power out there!"

"Conventional ways, you mean. So what happens when our bullets don't work? When a grenade is like a ticking sensation, when a full-on rocket is shrugged off like it was nothing? What happens when our best equipment gets ripped apart like some child's toy?"

Two of the Council members start to speak, but he raises a hand, cutting them off.

"I am quite aware of your opposition to the Initative. I am also aware that none of you have real combat experience. This is a matter of national security, ladies and gentlemen. No...the security of the world. We need people to fight the battles that we never could. And if that's frivolous to you, then maybe you should thank them once they prove you wrong. My grandfather believed it can happen...my father believed it could happen. And you know what I think?" He pauses, taking a sip of coffee, before putting his hands on the table.

"I believe in heroes too."
