"Jesus, are you listening? I don't want you dead!" Suzie called through "We want the Zecter back, you can either work with us or give it back," She paused and took a deep breath "Or we take you out ..."
There was another, longer pause.
Suzie coughed a little.
"... It does pay really well," She added.

"You have a plan?" Suzie asked, snorting a little "Well from where I'm standing, and I'm putting this as logically as I can, someone else had a plan for you!"
She stood up.
"Listen, the Zecters choose their users." There was a chittering noise behind her, possibly her little robotic scorpion confirming her thoughts? She wasn't sure "We've been trying to get the Kabuto Zecter to bond for someone for years, it didn't bond to soldiers, or policemen, or all the boffins, fitness buffs, philosophers and martial artists we threw at it." She stood up, drawing her sword out and tapping the door "For some reason it chose you, a failing fashion designer living in a shitty flat with no special skills or fighting talent beyond the bare minimum needed to actually use the Kabuto armour,"
She tapped her sword against the door gently.
"So, what is so special about you?"

"I don't know," she told Suzie, "I'd rather not know what this is all about either. I just know that it's with me, and it won't leave me. I don't know why it chose me, I don't want to know why. I just want to live my life," she wasn't sure what that sound against the door was, but wasn't worried about it, "So please go."

Suzie sighed.
"I don't have a choice," She said, quietly.
There was a noise and her zecter leapt into her hand. Though all Noa would know was that there was a sound similar to her when she transformed, Suzie calling "Henshin" and then the belt following suit.
Then a sword cut through the door.

She saw the blade go through the door, "What the hell are you doing?" she shouted, but her Zecter was already by her. She grabbed her belt and slung it on, just in case.

God was this how far she'd gone? Not opening the door meant that you were allowed to slice it down with a sword?
