I got a massive burst of creativity over my vacation, and I came up with three new story ideas. 1) Kamen Rider Djinn, wielding the powers of a genie and fighting against rogue djinn who have escaped from their lamps. The main idea here is a Rider fighting exclusively non-humanoid monsters. 2) Hon'no Sentai Beastman- "Hon'no" translates to "Instinctual", and the idea is a group of people descended from people in the Middle Ages who used magic to bind characteristics of animals to their DNA. This idea grew out of the idea of a sixth Ranger who enters the fray because of a corporate sponsor. 3) Kakumei Sentai Seiranger- "Kakumei" translates to "Revolution", the Rangers all have powers of different stars. Not constellations, stars. For example, Sei Red has the power of Sirius, and so on. The idea is a group of Rangers liberating a small solar system (not ours) from an alien empire. This is a definitely slightly more mature series, as at one point, some of the Rangers are psychologically tortured by a sadistic psychopath, and it will be considerably more violent. Comments?

3 is what interests me the most, although 2 with the bonding is interesting.

I was plotting Seiranger, and this idea popped into my head of a male-dominated world. That evolved to the point where the two female Rangers are captured by the Empire captain of the world and essentially tortured until the guys can come get 'em. In all honesty, I'm most likely only going to write episodes for 3.

I like the premise of one. Are the djinns gonna have human forms, though? I think that, out of all monsters, it'd be most reasonable for them. Considering, y'know... They're djinns.

Well, that's the thing. THe monsters Djinn fights are called Azhael. They are djinn who have either escaped or been released from their lamps, and thus, have lost the ability to grant wishes, gone insane and mutated into a monstrous form to wreak havoc for no reason other than it's fun. Only two villains have human appearances: one of the main commanders and the Big Bad.

Plot twist: It was the main character's fault the whole time?

All of those ideas are utterly fantastic. Kamen Rider Djinn is great, since Djinn is a smoke and fire spirit that'd be really cool to see. And I love the idea of a corporate sponsor for a sixth ranger. Seiranger is definitely the most interesting to me, like Star Trek meets Sentai
