Overview:
Ryan is a man who has become cold and quiet, more withdrawn than he had once been. He’s smart and studies more than the average student would, but that’s in the past, and only starting to recur again of late. Now that he’s coming out of his depressed state after losing his sister years ago, he wants to enjoy his final year of school and look forward to a good life in the future. He’s looking ahead now, not behind, and trying to truly enjoy his time. He’s helpful to people when he can be, and isn’t an ass as he once was, though he remains somewhat cynical at times and hasn’t completely come out of that state of being a jerk.

History

Ryan was an only child until he was ten years old, then his parents had another child; a younger sister for him. He was fine with this, not seeing her as someone to take away his love, as he might have if he were younger. He came to really love his sister.

About two years later, she died of a heart problem. This sent Ryan into a depression for the next few years, of which he hasn’t really fully recovered, even as of yet. He became cold and withdrawn, not doing well in school anymore, as he once had. He lost his friends because of how he acted towards them, and was alone.

Now, as he enters his senior year of high school, he’s ended up overcoming it, seeing that his future is doomed if he keeps living in the past. He wants to move forward and correct his mistakes, so he can have a future. Even if all he can do for his dead sister is live a good life, that’s what he’ll do. He’s found some new friends, and wants a good normal life, and to experience the joys of high school life in his final year in Providence High School.

However, things aren’t that simple. Not after the star crashed and he was chosen to fight.

Overview:
Dawn is sweet and helpful to anyone who needs help; she won’t turn people away. This stems from the abandonment she and her sister had as children, along with the rest of their harder childhoods. However, because of that she also has a darker side, an uncaring side; cold and sometimes ruthless, as she’ll use her Ranger powers to attempt to enact some vigilante justice, if it is required, in cases of child abuse or mistreatment. She knows what she’s doing is wrong, and feels sorry about it, but she feels she does the right thing. These situations don’t happen too often, but they can and do happen on occasion. She is also a good student and someone who doesn’t have a lot of friends, out of her own choice, as she likes to be alone. She is easily swayed and sidetracked by the innocence of children.

History

Sophie and Dawn have been together their whole lives: literally. The two are non-identical twins and spend every second they can together. Their parents were simply happy that they could have children at all. There was a history of ovarian cancer on both sides of the family. Just days after Dawn and Sophie were born they the mother became very sick. She died only two weeks later from undiagnosed Huntingtons.

Dawn tried to be fine, growing up without a mother, but she couldn’t be. She put up a façade so she could look strong, but she wasn’t. Their father took good care of them growing up, at least. When Sophie and Dawn were 13 their father died in a tragic car accident. The two’s parents left them to their uncle Dan and aunt May. However, it was well known that Dan was abusive to his kids. Sophie convinced Dawn to leave with her. They have lived in Providence for years with a grandmother there.

Drew lifted his wrist, revealing his Guardian Brace Morpher as he pulled his sleeve back. He lifted his hand up, hitting the black body of the Morpher.

Light erupted around his body, turning to red in an instant. The light took the form of a dragon as it draped itself around him, settling down and giving Drew his Ranger form.

He drew his sword out, taking grip of the shield in his left hand, taking a feel for the weight of the weapons, “Alright, this will do.”
