Simon is a man who is somewhat reserved. He doesn’t really shout or give orders, but rather, people respect him and do listen to him because he keeps a calm head in situations. He’s a man of honor, a man of his word. Extremely loyal and dutiful. He has a dry sense of humor. He doesn’t compete or gamble or anything like that. Rather, Simon is a man who strives to be good and liked by his comrades, as they’re all linked in battle. When a situation turns dire, he’s very quick to learn.

History
Simon was born in Ireland and lived there for a majority of his life. His family kept certain traditions, including some blessings. His father, however, was also a heavy drinker (not the tradition Simon wished they had kept), so he wasn’t home much.
Simon figured he’d spend his life in Ireland, and finished college there, planning on becoming a doctor. After two years of med school he went to ATLANTIS because of its need for medical personnel in case of construction accidents. He relocated himself accordingly.
After a year there he heard that his father had died of liver failure, and attempted to get off of ATLANTIS to go to the funeral. He couldn’t, however. He was stuck there, taking care of patients.
One year ago, when the Brigand AI went rogue after a virus infected it, the REVOLUTION project was put into development by scientists. During an attack Simon helped get patients to safety and did what he could to help the police forces. When an officer was killed, he attempted to use the fallen firearm to help until the attack could be stopped.
When the project was looking for members, Simon chose to apply. He learned how to fight quickly as he was tested, and was ultimately selected to become the Black Ranger and continue the fight in his new capacity as a Ranger, as well as serving as a medic.
