A Dragon In Tokyo (Open)

[Ryu Maxwell]

A fierce clash was happening in downtown Tokyo between what looked like the mythical Minotaur, only the size of two double-decker buses, and a giant semi-mechanical dragon. On its back was Ryu, clad in his Ryujin armor.

"That's it, I'm done screwing around!" He got his dragon to slam the beast to the ground before pulling out his Dragon Blaster and slotting the Strike Crystal,"Final Strike."

He took aim at the thing,"Dragonic Firestorm!" He let loose a super-charged shot which was given a massive boost by his dragon's beam. The attack crashed into the minotaur, causing a massive explosion, wiping it out.

Ryujin landed on the ground and patted his dragon on the snout...only to hear police coming,"Crud, let's fly." He hopped on his dragon and flew off.

He wondered if he'd run into any interesting individuals here in Tokyo...one thing was for sure, his fight would definitely make the news.

[Shuya Portham]

Shuya would be flying in his Ultra bike but suddenly spot's the dragon in the distance. Shuya would go full speed on the bike and chase the dragon.

[Ryu Maxwell]

Dragoon glanced back and spotted the guy on the flying bike so he stopped his dragon and turned around to face its rider,"And who may I ask are you?"

[Shuya Portham]

"A guy who's curious about a guy in Armour riding a big dragon in this time of day!"

[Ryu Maxwell]

Dragoon sighed from beneath his helmet,"This coming from the guy on a flying motorcycle.." He looked up,"Alright...first thing you need to know is...I'm not just some "guy in armor" I'm a Kamen Rider, Ryujin is the name."

[Shuya Portham]

"Oh, a rider. Well that changes things. Need any help?"

[Ryu Maxwell]

Dragoon shook his head,"Thanks for the offer, but I'm fine now...um...your name?"

[Shuya Portham]

"Shuya, Shuya Portham, and yours?"

[Ryu Maxwell]

His dragon looked back at him. The rider nodded,"Ryu Maxwell's the name."

[Shuya Portham]

"Nice to meet ya"

[Ryu Maxwell]

"Same here," said Ryu with a nod,"So,where ya get the bike?"

[Shuya Portham]

" I made it. Its probably the Ultramen's greatest toy!" Shuya would say taking the Hybrid device and activating Human size form. The Hybrid device would shout, "Human", In Japanese.

[Ryu Maxwell]

Ryujin turned his head,"Ultramen,you say?"

[Shuya Portham]

"Yes, Im a Ultraman" I would shout, "HYBRID", at the city below and turn into Ultraman Hybrid (Human size Ultra) .

[Ryu Maxwell]

Dragoon leaned on the handlebars,"Hybrid,eh? So, how you get your powers?"
