- Has a constant habit of rolling his eyes when un-amused towards something or left bored; he even does it if he swats aside a weak opponent before moving onto the next or simply leaving.
- If forced into a pointless fight or one that he knows is too easy, he’ll usually say “What a drag…” or something similar to that extent.
- If being lectured or otherwise annoyed he’ll put out a pair of head-phones and tune the person out with his music.
- As Kamen Rider Lio; he has a habit of yelling out “Gao!” when he does certain techniques, he also yells “Gao, Gao, Gao!” when he charges someone—commonly right after he’s transformed.

- Others from “The Tamers” – Superiors; Other Agents and Officials from “The Tamers” often contact or appear before Kenji; either to give him orders or to trial his abilities as Lio further. Kenji gets along with some, others he gets annoyed with, and some he even despises.
Overview: Kenji used to be a delinquent, the kind of guy who would raise hell in school and around him—although he was often an ass about it, back then he possessed a brave and noble heart as he would never cause trouble for the innocent or those who didn’t deserve it. He still created a record of infamy for himself as he got into fight after fight, earning the disrespect of those older than him. He’s since tried to clean himself up from those school days, but retains some of the traits that used to land him in trouble—such as a hot head, smart mouth, or simply a lack of restraint towards going off at scum. He remains a very brave individual, and will endanger himself for the sake of others if necessary.

Henshin Sequence:
Kamen Rider Ancient Lio – Kamen Rider Lio reaches down to the left of his driver, grasping a hold of the Ancient Jyu-Oh Ring as he pulls it out and slides it onto the middle finger of his left hand. He lets out a yell as he thrusts it against the side of his Jyu-Oh Driver as the gem on it glows a bright green. “ANCIENT! ANCIENT JYU-OH!” is announced as the gem on the belt glows even brighter as Lio falls onto a knee and his body begins to shift while shrouded in a bright light. The light remains for a few seconds before Lio is heard roaring even louder, emerging from it within his new form as he walks slowly towards his foes, a set of claws extending from his hands as he does so.
Lio Jyu – If Kenji's will stands lose to being broken, then the Jyu inside of him will stir awake as it does more than lend more of its power to Kenji. Feeling sharp pains in his body, Kenji will begin to scream out in pain, falling to his knees as his eyes begin to glow red. Letting out a roar of pain that sounds similar to the pained roar of a Lion, Kenji's body proceeds to change as he glows with red energy. Struggling to his feet, Kenji emerges from the energy, but now taken over as the Jyu-Ogami of whom was slumbering inside of him now takes over until everything around it is dead. This form is the Lio Jyu who ended up becoming the Jyu-Ogami, but as it is the Jyu-Ogami forcing itself to take corporal form, it lacks its soul.

Fighting Style: Kamen Rider Lio fights with a close style; often charging for his enemies he uses swipes of his hands at foes, also prone to deliver brutal strikes such as knees, elbows, and will also use grappling techniques. He has favoritism towards grabbing his opponents only to deliver a painful head butt.

Abilities: Makes usage over a series of rings known “Enhance Rings” that give him enhancements over his physical capabilities and temporal control over the elements of wind, fire, earth, water, and shadow.

- Driver On Ring – This Ring is utilized to summon forth the Jyu-Oh Driver.
- Lio Ring – This Ring is utilized to activate his transformation into Lio; it is also used to activate the Driver again for Lio’s finishers.
- Ancient Jyu-Oh Ring – This Ring is utilized to activate either version of Lio’s “Ancient Lio” forms. It is also used again in both forms in order to initiate the finishers of Ancient Lio.
- Garuda Ring – This Ring is utilized in order to grant Lio five talon-like claws that form over his fingers and boots, making him much more dangerous and capable of shredding through objects of flesh, bone, and metal. This Ring also grants temporary wind properties to his attacks. When used, his Driver announces “GARUDA! GARU, GARU, GARUDA..!”
- Phoenix Ring – This Ring is utilized in order to grant Lio the ability to jump a lot higher, farther, and quicker giving the appearance that he is flying or gliding across the air. Not only does it grant him temporal fire ability to his attacks, but he can move his hands around in an erratic motion which causes a wall of fire made of fiery feathers to appear and act as a lesser elemental shield. When used on the Driver, “PHOENIX! PHOE, PHOE, PHOENIX..!” is announced.
- Minotaur Ring – This Ring is utilized in order to grant Lio enhanced plating on his legs and feet, which gives him the ability to move a lot quicker in the form of brutal charges. With this ring, he not only gains control over the element of Earth but as he charges he can make horns extend from his body but only two at a time and only on his elbows, knees, or shoulders. When used in the Driver, “MINOTAUR! MINO, MINO, MINOTAUR..!” is announced.
- Mermaid Ring – This Ring is utilized in order to grant Lio fin-like blades on his arms and heels, as well as one on his back, also giving him armored flippers on his boots. This Ring allows him to control Water temporarily, use the “fins” as blades, but also swim in bodies of water—since normally Lio himself cannot swim very effectively. When used in the Driver, “MERMAID! MER, MER, MERMAID..!” is announced.
- Lindwurm Ring – This Ring is utilized in order to give Lio the ability of stretching his limbs a set-amount of length, quite similar to the Luna Memory abilities of Kamen Rider W. He also obtains the ability of manipulating shadows, or darkness, and can shroud himself by applying a mist of darkness around himself that turns himself invisible. He can also hide within people’s shadows for a temporarily amount of time, or hop from shadow to shadow of objects. When used in the Driver, “LINDWURM! LIND, LIND, LINDWURM..!” is announced.

Brave Rider Cutting - Pushing his Lio Ring against the side of his Driver; “FINALE! BRAVE, BRAVE, BRAVE LION!” is announced from the driver as Lio crouches, as his arms both begin to glow with golden energy. He then lets out a yell of, “GAO, GAO, GAO!” as he runs for his enemy, stepping forward he lunges for them and slides past them. He spins on his feet as they turn to him and he proceeds to slash both hands downwards in an X, digging claws of golden energy through them, before pulling his arms apart and slashing horizontally across his body making a sort of asterisk shape of energy on the enemy. He then backflips two more times away and turns his back on the enemy. As the enemy proceeds to fall backwards, wounded by golden energy, Lio crouches and strikes his usual stance as he pants some.

Fighting Style: As Ancient Lio, he possesses a combination of his five enhance rings’ abilities but not their elements—instead for an element he uses light although it appears as white—almost similar to moonlight—energy. He’ll rush his target with great speed, using the large claws on his hands and feet to tear through their body. He can also open his mouth to bite into foes if not fire a blast of white energy; the mouths on his shoulders can also open up and inhale to either suck foes towards him—they can also breath outwards and blow away people and objects. He can’t suck in projectiles though in these shoulder mouths as he would suffer injury from within.

Fighting Style: The Lio Jyu is very brutal, possessing intense physical strength and resistance. Although he may seem sluggish at first, once the berserker rage of this monster takes effect he'll pounce his opponents and thrash them before preying upon them while they are weak. The Lio Jyu is capable of powerful strikes, and will open its mouth to savagely bite into opponents. He also possesses the same "suck in" and "blow out" manipulation that Ancient Lio does, used in this form through the "trumpets" on his shoulders.

Abilities: Intense physical strength and resistance; Intense levels of agility and speed; Slight Regeneration; Ability to suck in or blow away people / objects with the "trumpets" on his back / shoulders.
Finisher(s):
Proud Force – The Lio Jyu lets out a distorted roar that almost sounds like a cry as he falls onto all fours; growling out a few pants, he suddenly lunges for his foe and opens his mouth, biting them in their waist as he stands onto his feet, throwing them into the air as he does so. Scratching at his own chest the gem on it turns black, he screams out a roar as his mouth opens again and fires out a force of red energy that goes upwards and slices through the enemy. This finisher is incredibly destructive, but using it whether or not it hits or misses drains even this form of energy as it brings him to the ground; usually pushing the Lio Jyu back within Kenji's body as he regains control and collapses to the ground in his human form.

Other Equipment:
- ”Lio Winger” – A silver 2002 Honda CBR600F4i that Kenji used as his means of transport before he joined “The Tamers”; although it was a lot more run-down before, ever since he joined “The Tamers” he received a considerable payment that allowed him to tune it up himself. As to be expected, it was nameless before since he only viewed it as a normal motorcycle, now he jokingly calls it the “Lio Winger”.
- ”Phoe-kun” – A mechanical familiar created by “The Tamers” to assist Kenji as a sort of scout unit. It flies around on per-command to scout out for any “Jyu” that may be active in the area. Because it resembles the symbol on the Phoenix Ring, Kenji affectionately nicknames this thing “Phoe-kun”. It’s powered by a pseudo-replicate of the Phoenix Ring, which only has a fraction of the actual ring’s power, granting “Phoe-kun” only the ability of flight and spitfire attacks.
History
Kenji was just your average kind of guy, having grown up as what some called a delinquent and a trouble-maker, but others called a “local hero”. He used to stir up trouble, but only against those who deserved it in order to protect and help those who didn’t deserve the treatment they got from scum-like gangster wannabe’s and real troublemakers. Although his “acts of heroism” earned him the bane of adults, it earned him the praise and thanks of those he actually helped. He used to be the kind of guy that would help someone and try to ignore them, not acting like he cared for the praise, but in truth it was the praise of those he saved that made him feel like he had a purpose.
When he was still young, he lost his family in a brutal event in which someone murdered his parents in the middle of the night—having heavily repressed the fact he witnessed the actions of the killer, having for unknown reasons been spared. He was taken into the care of his Grandfather, whom he troubled greatly with his actions during High School. Although he continued to repress the memory, he continued to live life as he had been, eventually graduating from High School with mild grades considered as enough to pass. From then on, he proceeded to land a job part-time helping out as a Mechanic for Motorcycles, beginning to try to clean himself up for his ailing Grandfather. Eventually though, the deteriorating health of his Grandfather had reached such a point that he passed away however Kenji one who was already used to the fact he lost his family members didn’t seem to be too upset over it.
With his Grandfather’s home being left to him, Kenji would continue to stay in it for a bit, continuing his part-time job as he tried to figure out where to take his life. That’s when in the middle of the night during a full moon, as he was returning home he was attacked by a strange monster that resembled a werewolf. The beast spoke a language that seemed almost alien-like, only uttering out simple words that were understandable here and there, such as “Jyu…” and “Kill…” and yet the sight of this monster re-awoke the memories of what happened years ago to young Kenji. His repressed memories came to the surface, as the young Kenji having witnessed the Killer murdering his parents—the killer being this Wolf Monster. Feeling a great emotion of rage overcoming him, Kenji attempted to attack the Wolf with a pipe near him on the ground—of course only proving futile as the monster slammed him into a fence and almost killing him.
As his consciousness began to fade; he began to hear a voice calling out to him, a voice asking him if he wanted strength, if he wanted to avenge those he lost, if he wanted to protect. Answering all of those questions with a ‘Yes..!’ in his mind—a light of silver energy shined on him from the glow of the full moon and in a brief moment the Wolf monster had been torn apart and destroyed. Not even remembering what happened, Kenji remained passed out with a newly acquired “belt” on his waist. He was recovered though by individuals unknown to him; emerging awake he was explained by them that they were a part of a group known as “The Tamers”. The Tamers were individuals whom were consisted of intelligent and powerful unique youths from across the world, ones who could take action and assist against beings known as “Jyu”—the same kind of beings that had murdered Kenji’s parents years ago—the Jyu being ancient beasts of varying races that had begun to emerge from their several millennia of a comatose slumber as tablets uncovered from South America foretold of the awakening of the spirit of the Beast God—Jyu-Ogami—which would urge all Jyu to awaken.
Kenji thinking this initially crazy attempted to rebuff their desire to recruit him; it wasn’t until though that they revealed that Kenji had inherited the Spirit of the Jyu-Ogami, for the gear he had acquired was a result of the Jyu-Ogami merging its power with him. Even more so, he was informed that the Jyu were acting the way they were because now, with the Jyu-Ogami dormant within Kenji, the Jyu were collectively without a Ruler to control them—and thus they were, well believed, to be competing with one another to achieve destruction on the planet to decide who the strongest Jyu was—the Jyu who could serve as the new Jyu-Ogami. Feeling some responsibility to this, as he now held the previous Jyu-Ogami within him, Kenji ended up being convinced to join “The Tamers” and since then has become their newest “Sweeper”. He now continues an everyday life or attempts too, doing a part-time job as a Motorcycle Mechanic here-and-there as he also hunts down any Jyu that may be active as to exterminate them. For Kenji, his battle to quell the wild beasts of the world is just beginning!
OOC Stuff
Anything Else: The Lio Jyu exists within Kenji, slumbering most of the time, it only stirs awake to either assist Kenji or permit Kenji to draw upon more of its power. The Lio Jyu is a calm soul, and although he doesn't initially like Humans, he forces himself to approve of Kenji's desires otherwise the Lio Jyu will cease to exist. Also, although there are times the Lio Jyu will cease control over Kenji's body and fight as his original form, because of the sheer amount of power trying to burst from Kenji's body, the Lio Jyu or rather Kenji cannot control it and goes berserk as a result.

“Oh, Phoe-kun, you’re back.” Kenji made a bit of a smile as he heard the cybernetic cawing of his mechanical friend. A small red and silver mechanical bird would appear from the sky, cawing as it would perch itself onto his shoulder. He smiled as he lifted a finger and scratched under its chin, the bird acting as if it enjoyed it. “Did you find any of the Jyu?” He questioned it, the bird only shook its head as it seemed to understand him perfectly.
Kenji exhaled roughly, placing his hands on his hips, well that was no good. “Well shit, if I don’t up my kill count some I don’t think they will be sending another paycheck my way anytime soon.” He grumbled out, they being the organization that Kenji worked with—The Tamers, as they were known as. He didn’t like it, having to play as a tool for them because they didn’t yet have the tech to destroy the Jyu themselves. “I always used to think stories where there was a chosen one was just a buncha high-blown fiction. To think this kind of story would happen to me, crud-ass luck if you ask me.” He crudely commented under his breath. The mechanical bird seemed to remain perched on his shoulder.
“Well, looks like we’ll just have to keep searchin’, alright Phoe-kun?” He smiled, looking in direction of the bird which upped itself from his shoulder and flapped its wings. The bird cawed loudly, as if pumped, Kenji only laughing some at this. “That’s the spirit; now go do your thing!” He smirked, pointing his thumb behind him towards the sky; the bird nodded its little head and flew past him going to once again scout the area. Kenji watched it fly off and sighed again, making a bit of an unsatisfied smile.
’In the end, how should I honestly feel about all of this..?’ he questioned in his mind, closing his eyes as he turned back ahead. “…C’mon, can’t get depressed now. This job can be done only by me, it’s the only one for me, so better keep at it.” He tried to cheer himself up as he began to take the steps to walk ahead.
