Panzer nodded, taking the bag in one hand, and removed the Driver from his belt, opening it up, then punching in the numbers that had transformed him. And in a flash of light, Egon folded up the driver, slipping it into his suit's inside pocket.

"My partn-" The man started, then it clicked. "My Roid, sir?" He contemplated for a moment, then nodded. "I should become familiar with it... so let's. Sir."

"Yes," Guy said, a pure white smile on his face. He turned and walked toward a part of the garage that had always been sealed off. "So far, we have only been able to develop Panzer's Roid. I anticipated that Panzer would be first, just a feeling I'd gotten. Not too long ago, we finished this," Guy said as he opened the door to a large black container. Sitting inside was a large elephant-like machine, packed with armor and weapons. "We call it the Riesenwächter. It's yours now."

"I'm honored, sir..." Egon stepped up to the container, his hand coming up to rest on the side of it, as his Driver buzzed, coaxing him to draw it out, and open it, the screen cycling through numbers until it stopped on one sequence.

Then, after a moment, the numbers cycled again.

Then the Driver spoke again. "ROID SYNC COMPLETE."

Guy looked on like a proud parent. At was at this moment that Athena came in, rushing toward Guy. "Enemy Worms spotted!" she said, her arms entering weapon mode. "Civilians in danger!"

Guy nodded and looked up at the cockpit of the Roid. "Egon, it's time to learn what this company is really about. We're not just a weapon manufacturing company. That's a front for what we really do," Guy said, snapping his fingers.

Egon looked over at Athena as she ran in, nodding as Guy spoke, bringing his Driver up to punch in the now almost familiar 726937. Then, pressing enter, he held the Driver to his ear. "Panzer. Driver on."

Then, in a burst and flash of light, Panzer was standing in front of Guy again. "Ready when you are, sir."

Guy simply took out the Desert Eagle planted in his boot and followed Athena as she ran into the thick of the commercial district in Downtown Manhattan, where a trio of Worms had launched themselves at the crowd. "I'll clear the cloud, Athena pave the way for Panzer to get through. Try to take them out one at a time," Guy said as he charged into the crowd.

Athena nodded and turned to Egon. "Our plan of action is to take out the one in the middle first. When the other two make a run for it, use the barricading powers of Panzer to lock them in," she explained, waiting for the crowd to thin out a little before she charged for the middle worm.

Panzer nodded, charging at the middle worm as his Driver spoke up again.

"Panzerfaust ready!" Panzer then felt his hand close around the long handle of a large, two handed mace. Almost a maul, really, eyes narrowing behind his visor as a spherical barrier of hexagons formed around the spiked head of the maul.

Athena jumped behind the first Worm, shooting it in the back with the machine guns in her wrists. As the shots began to smack into the Worm, that was being pushed toward Panzer, the other two Worms tried to disperse in opposite directions, prompting Athena to call out "Now!"

Panzer looked to each side, and his hands came up, as a spherical barrier formed around the three worms, along with Athena and himself.

"You're going nowhere."

[Guy Ymnikin]

Athena's shoulder popped open as a Gatling gun ejected itself. "Protect yourself or duck!" she declared as she opened fire on the Worms from within the barrier.

Guy shoo'd the crowd away, waving around his gun and having the stationed police help him. He turned to look at the battle. "He's got the hang of it already... Panzer chose a good one," he noted, and began to wonder about the remaining four.

Panzer nodded, and dropped to one knee as a second, smaller sphere formed around him, bullets bouncing off the outer barrier, and ricocheting back to strike the worms further, or bouncing off his OWN shield to do the same.

His eyes fixed on that central worm though, and, after a moment, he stood inside his spherical barrier, and took a step forward. Then another. Then another, speeding up as his barrier started spinning in place, like a wheel peeling out. "My turn. Get down!"

(Oh, sweet Jesus, say it.)

Athena nodded and swiftly jumped to the very edge of the bubble.

The Worms, worn out from the gunfire, struggled to move, but found that their legs had been buried with bullets.

(Note: I don't care if you auto-hit the Worms. They're cannon fodder.)

"Panzer RUNDOWN!" And suddenly that sphere was blazing along the ground towards the center Worm, and on impact, for a moment, everything seemed to slow down to a crawl... before the Worm was dragged under the sphere, and was now being carried around on its surface until the rolling sphere slamed it against the outer barrier, grinding it between two equally unyielding shields.

Guy was satisfied with the Panzer candidate, but he didn't have time to catch his breath. Another Worm had appeared, this one larger and clearly molted. "Damn, a molted one?! I gotta kill it before it Clocks Up..." he told himself, aiming his gun at it. "Run!" he told the cops as he backed up a little and fired at the Worm. It had little to no effect, and Guy knew it was futile, but he had to distract the damned thing. "Panzer! Hurry up and kill them! Athena can't exit from that shield of yours!" Guy called out.

Panzer nodded, and after a moment, reverses the rundown, launching the Worm he'd ran over into the middle of the battlefield, before the sphere vanished, and he charge another of them.

"Athena, get them to the center!"
