Guy walked down the stairs of his beloved first building, the 27-story structure that was equipped with all sorts of war, combat and scientific equipment. His walk lead him to the garage of the building, where he simply looked at the Hover Bay. One of his first, and easily favorite, inventions. He stared at it, lost in thought. Athena had gone to do shopping, so he found himself alone, reflecting in thought.

However, Guy wasn't along forever, as a blonde man, clad in a black business suit came down the stairs, stopping several feet back, and placing his hands behind his back. Then, he spoke, his voice carrying a faint german accent, reduced from extensive practice.
"Sir, I've gone over the security layout of the building, and except for a few minor holes I'm having addressed now, our security here is as airtight as any of our other buildings."

Guy silently reached into the inside pocket of his coat and, without so much as turning his eyes from the Hover Bay, flung it back toward Egon. The knife landed on the ground, its blade properly impaled. "Explain to me how I got two lethal weapons in, then," Guy said, letting out a small chuckle. "Tell me, Egon... Do you happen to know the history of Ymni Corp.?" Slowly turning around, a sort of shallow sadness in his eyes, Guy walked toward the knife and picked it up, remaining crouched as he examined the weapon in his hands.

Egon glanced down at the knife, eyes narrowing a little. "It seems I'll be speaking with some of our guards tomorrow." The blonde mutters, before his attention returns to Guy. "I'm not intimately familiar with it, sir, no."

Guy nodded, still staring at the luster on the knife. "It all started with a single Roid. I built one machine, which I promptly sold to the Russian government, not warning them of the impending failure of its systems, something which only I knew about. I purposefully set the machine up to fail, partly because I lacked the money for better parts, and partly because I didn't want those bastards starting a war with a giant advantage on their side... For some reason, I just couldn't stop building... And here we are... I'm rich... I have a lot of money... I have no idea what to do with it... My only friend is a robot..." Guy said, a hollow tone in his voice as he finally stood up. "Egon, how much of your time does this job occupy?"

Egon hikes an eyebrow, considering the question. "As long as things run smoothly, surprisingly little, sir. I'm usually here or at other sites just to make sure everything is staying up to par." He paused for a moment.
"Why?"

"I see... Do you have any friends?" Guy asked, putting the knife away and staring Egon dead in the eyes. "Or family that you frequently spend time with?" Guy's voice was as smooth as a great entrepreneur's would be. A man who had sold a million lies to thousands of people. "Because you don't want to live a solitary life, after all. It's a lonely, depressing road."

The usually stoic German seemed caught off guard by the questions, straightening a little. "I don't have many, sir. And most of my family is no longer with us." His lips pressed into a thin line. "I've gotten used to being solitary more often than not, sir."

Guy silently nodded, taking out what looked like a phone from his pocket. "Alright. Egon, how long have we employed your services?" Guy asked, fumbling with the elephant-shaped phone.

"As chief of security, almost a year now, sir." Egon's eyes moved to the curiously shaped phone.

The phone seemed to be beeping on its own, as if it were resonating with something in the nearly empty garage. 'So, Panzer has chosen its master?' Guy thought, looking toward Egon. The phone had begun vibrating, as if a phone call was coming through. Guy smirked and tossed the phone toward Egon. "Catch, then. Fate is calling."

Egon's reflexes snapped his hand up, catching the phone in midair as the "trunk" folded down, side panels opening out like ears as a number displayed on the screen, along with a word.
726937 PANZER[/size]
As the numbers displayed, a voice came from the Driver. "SEVEN-TWO-SIX, NINE-THREE-SEVEN, PANZER! DRIVER ON!"
The man's eyes widened, as the device, then he started to glow, a sphere forming around him out of hexagonal panels of glowing blue light, before the sphere became to spin. In the light, a belt, with a waiting empty slot on the front formed around the man's waist as he closed up the "phone"; then, seeing the slot, he slid the driver into place.
"DRIVER LOCK!" The sphere then burst into particles of light, with a burst of energy around the man, now clad in dark purple armor, accented in red, all on a black bodysuit, his visored helmet raising to look at Guy.

Guy nodded. "Egon, you have been selected by Panzer. I made five devices such as these, and you were the first one chosen. You are now the Defensive Master, Kamen Rider Panzer. Along with this promotion, you'll be getting increased pay, a Roid, and other advantages. The only conditions are to remain compatible with Panzer and to follow my orders," Guy said in a very stern voice. "If you wish to proceed, all you have to do is take a step forward. Otherwise, deactivate Panzer and give it back to me."

Egon, no, Panzer was quiet, looking down as his hands, and clenching them into fists, as hexagon panels formed around his arms, then dispersed again as he relaxed his fists. He contemplated his form for several moments, before looking up at Guy again.
And then, he took a single, resolute step forward.
"Kamen Rider Panzer is ready for duty, sir."

Guy smiled, it was a successful smile, like that of a warrior who had won a long battle. "Then I welcome you aboard, Kamen Rider Panzer. And I even have your first mission," he said, digging into his pockets and pulling out a small locked bag. "I want you to take this bag. When whatever's inside it starts to resonate, you will have found the next Kamen Rider. You may take on this assignment now, but first, I'd like to introduce you to your new partner. You may deactivate Panzer if you so wish," Guy explained, handing over the bag.
