Ian is a brave and cocky man, someone who’ll seemingly throw himself blindly into a situation, but in actuality looks at it and makes a plan before acting, being a fast thinker and able to get himself out of a lot of situations. He’s talented in combat and a myriad of other things he does, such as computer work and has some archaeology skill. He’s in peak physical condition, a bit of a womanizer, and with a side that enjoys having fun with life.

History
Ian was born to a middle class family, with two sisters, one older, one younger. Their parents couldn’t put them through college, so he had to work. Luckily, Ian worked on his body for a while and was able to get a sports scholarship for college.
In college he studied various fields. Some archaeology related, some business. It was a series of different fields. He ended up doing some business work after college, and went after Drake, forcing his way into a position as a Relic Hunter, using his archaeology background with his physical skills and his other skills (picked up in college and in business, such as technology related).
Jack made Ian the Black Hunter. The two ended up on an expedition where they found The Bow of Rain, which became Ian’s personal weapon to use, pretty much.

The glow of the bow was almost ethereal, drawing Ian towards it. He reached out, taking it into his hands, feeling the weight. It didn’t feel like wood, nor the material of a bow. Instead it felt like something altogether different.
He hefted it and span around, pulling it back. An arrow appeared in a spiral of energy, and he let loose the drawstring, letting the arrow fly. It pierced a steel wall before the arrow seemed to go in a burst of water.
“Rain makes sense, I guess,” he commented, slinging the bow over his shoulder.
