Overview: At first glance Nixie is a laid back, carefree ocean loving woman, but get to know her for more than a few seconds and you'll discover that she's a human hating Jyu who wants to submerge the entire world. She acts very high and mighty at times especially when around other Jyu.

She loves Kasumi and will do anything to protect her from harm. She is the only human she believes to have anyworth and doesn't see as pondscum.

History

After centuries of sleeping, Nixie the Whale Jyu awoke in an undersea cove off the coast of Nagoya, Japan. She emerged from the water, only to be discovered by a young woman named Kasumi Mizushima. Nixie considered killing her on the spot, but that she could be off use instead.

Nixie had no knowledge of the modern world she found herself so she had Kasumi become her teacher. Kasumi did not put up any sort of resistance whatsoever when Nixie claimed her as her own.

Nixie quickly became quite attached to her new human pet, but was not fond of the rest of humanity. She saw how they polluted her waters and wiped out the species living under her care. She decided it was time for them to be wiped out instead - all except Kasumi.

Overview: Kasumi is a very weak-willed woman who is easily swayed by the opinions of others. She has attached herself (like a parasite) to the overly dominating Nixie who pretty much tells her how to live her life.

Kasumi is fine with this style of life and like Nixie really feels at home at the ocean. She can't breath underwater like Nixie so she lives on a small island off the coast of Japan - where there are no other people.

Whenever Kasumi uses her switch, her personality does a complete 180. She becomes ruthless, sadistic, and kind of a bitch. This "Dark" Kasumi behaves much like dominatrix, fitting since her weapon in her Horoscopes form is a whip.

History

Kasumi Mizushima has spent most of her life near water. Her father was a professional surfer and Kasumi herself took up surfing at a young age. This happiness didn't last long however as her father was killed in a tragic surfing accident when he was ripped apart by great white sharks.

Kasumi went down a path of sorrow and destruction which eventually culminated in her joining Foundation X as one of its enforcers. She was given a switch capable of separating her mind from her mind which would take the form of the Aquarius Horoscopes.

She spent a few years with the Foundation before eventually quitting. She hated what the switch was doing with her mind and was about to toss it into the ocean when she encountered a strange woman emerging from the shadowy depths.

"Should we just stay on the beach?" asked Kasumi, "Why do you want to go into town anyway, Nixie-sama?"

"Hmmm," Nixie thought for a moment, "Amusement."

Kasumi nodded, not wanting to argue with her mistress.

"Let's go then. I want to see how far humanity has....." she did air quotes on this next word, "Evolved."
