Have you ever wondered where the imagery for humanity's monsters came from? What nightmares humanity must have seen to put the imagery so deep in the collective unconscious that even cultures with no connection could create similar creatures?
The answer resides in a dimension shadowing our own, known as Obskura, where beings that once freely walked the earth have been imprisoned. Until now.
Their master, The Eight-Faced Facade Orochi, discovered a method to begin sending the Facades through, into our world.
The Heirarchy of the Facades is fairly simple. Orochi leads them all, and he has four generals, who each have lieutenants of their own, varying from only one to at least four, along with the innumerable lesser Facades that fight under them:
Each of the Generals coincides with an element, and a cardinal direction, as seen below.
The Facades' goal is to destroy, or conquer humanity, and take over our world, so that they're no longer trapped in Obskura. However, Orochi has done little to establish a "battle plan" at the moment, allowing his generals semi-free reign in a ploy to establish how much resistance the Facade will be facing.
However, be it Rider, Sentai, Makai, or whatever else... everyone is a potential target.
NOTE: All Facades are based on (or perhaps were the inspiration of) monsters in various mythologies, and their true names (regardless of what they may call themselves in a human guise) will usually reflect the monster they are based on.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: To those interested in being a Facade, but not being a general, you have the option to be a lesser lieutenant of one of the generals, just mention who you wanna be a lieutenant of!
