Overview: He's a charismatic enigma, high IQ, arrogant in tone, and powerful. Yet he has a kinder side to him as well. His eyes are talked about a lot....and some call him a freak. He's rather cynical at times...and has little sense of self-preservation where physical matters are concerned. For those that he actually befriends....he is loyal....but he also has his own agenda, like an anti-hero.

Type Of Hero: Kamen Rider / Anti-Hero
Henshin Device: Wraith Driver - a Wizard Driver modified to handle the power of the One Ring.
Henshin Sequence: With the Ring on his finger, he performs a pose, and then slides his hand over the ring, expelling out a powerful golden seal. It can be used in any number of ways to transform him, and also serves as a shield.

Fighting Style: The elegant fighting style that he knows, which most don't assume he has because of the heavier armor.
Weapons: Wraith Gunblade - A gold version of the WizardSwordGun, which switches between silver and gold bullets, the former to wound and grievously injure, the latter to kill.
Abilities: Possesses the Wraith Ring of Power. The One Ring that rules the rest, in terms of power. Many fear it. Also has such rings as Driver On, Engage, Please and Connect, but is able to do the rest of the spells with his mind. Summons three special Naz'ul as his allies, they are face-less, and wield deadly energy bows, along with swords that can change in size and length. It takes a finisher each to incapacitate them, and they may return for another fight.
Finisher(s): Binding Prominence: Ascends through a Power Seal into the air, a small weapon opening up on his ankleguard and firing a beam which deploys a gold Bind Seal over the target. Then he plummets downwoard, striking the center of the seal with intense force, shattering the target on impact and making them explode. It's like Rising Mighty Form's kick, in that there's potential for collateral damage.
Doom Slash: A Power Seal is expelled, and absorbed into the sword. Then he slashes a wave at the enemy, points the tip of the blade at them with the seal's Eye looking at them, the beam that comes out after striking their heart and shattering them, or dashes forward the old-fashioned way and cleaves them in two.
Wraith Shot: Fires a super-powered golden energy bullet from the gun, a power seal being expelled ahead of it, which it passes through on the way to the target. - Form Name: Various Mantle Forms

Transformation: He mentally decides which Form he wants, and assumes it.
Fighting Style: Varies by form.
Weapons: Falcon Bow, Bull Cannon, Chameleon Whip, Dol-fin Naginata. In addition to the Gunblade.
Abilities: Falcon provides Flight, Bull provides strength, Chameleon provides invisibility, Dolphin provides water manipulation and better swimming capability. Also, depending on the Style color, a different element helps as well. Red is fire, blue is water, yellow is Land and green is Air.
Finisher(s): Burning Falcon - Flaming Arrow from the Bow.
Matador Burst - A double barrel blast from the shoulder mounted cannons.
Chameleon Constriction - The whip is increased and snakes around its opponent, squeezing the life force out of them, giving more energy to him.
Dolphin Crash - A double-bladed slash attack. - Form Name: Wraith Dragon (insert style name) Form

Color Scheme: Varies by form
Transformation: Shifts the Driver, and after the Dragon Wraith Ring appears, he slides it over the Driver, and a golden bubble Seal is expelled, covering him like an energy shield. Power builds, and then he cuts through the shield with his hand or with a blade, the rest of the shield's energy entering him as he becomes the Dragon version of whatever form he was in.
Fighting Style: All-encompassing. He can brawl, be elegant, use his power, fly, and be very agile.
Weapons: Wraith Gunblade x 2 - If he wills it, he can dual wield his weapons.
Abilities: Same as above, in addition to new abilities that he learns instinctively.

History
Raised in a well-to-do family with two sisters, he had it good in his early years, and also proceeded faster through school than other people. He did enjoy sports and physical activity, but his mind was a powerful thing indeed....and it wasn't long before tests were done, showing that he had an IQ in the 180 range. A genius, basically.
What none of them knew, was his magical aptitude. One day, after he graduated at the age of 16, a White Wizard came to him, and gave him the upgraded Driver, and the Wraith Ring of Power. They warned him of the dangers, equipped him and trained him for a while. Then they sent him away. And he's been doing his own thing as a free person.

Sample RP: He stood on the second floor balcony of his current abode....looking out over what the view provided him. It'd been quiet today....too quiet. Then the Ring glowed, and he closed his eyes.
he could sense the currents of magic....all of the various magic users running around, thinking they each were chosen, or doing well on their own. They had no idea of what was to come....especially when he felt something interesting. Now this...he had to see.
