Overview: Ryusei is not just an perverted high school boy - he's the perverted high school boy. It's not just a thing to him, it's a lifestyle. On any official papers where it asks religion, he simply writes "breasts."
He may be a pervert, but he's the not the bad kind of pervert (if there is such a thing). He won't grope or even touch a girl without their consent. He's satisfied with peeping on them in the girls locker room or lifting up their skirts to see their panties.
He reads a hell of a lot of Shonen Jump and tries to live by the principles taught to him by people like Son Goku and Monkey D. Luffy. He charges head first into the situation, tearing down any obstacle that gets in his way.

Abilities: Much higher stats, energy based attacks, much more powerful aura. It kills the user slowly with each use, which could easily cut the life expectancy in half after a handful of uses.

Fighting Style: Mainly uses this form for peeping, but will use it for fighting when needed (such as when he's running low on Qi power). His fighting style in this form is the complete opposite of his style while using his Auranger power. He's silent, sneaky, and ready to stab you in the back. Hey ninjas can be Jump heroes too. Believe it!

History
When Ryusei was a boy, his parents were murdered and he was taken in by his uncles. His elder uncle, as well as his mother, were both practitioners of Qi. He saw potential in the boy and decided to train him. His younger uncle had no Qi talent of his own and instead trained in the ninja arts since he was a boy.
His uncles lived in a temple up in the mountains which is where Ryusei spent much of his childhood. Ryusei's younger uncle was a massive perv while the older uncle a huge fan of Weekly Shonen Jump. They passed on these teachings as well and to his surprise, when Ryusei became a teen, he had developed an insanely vast libido.
After being home-schooled for so long, Ryusei was finally allowed to enter high school. That is where he first encountered the female gender and let's just say he was forced to change schools after that. After getting kicked out of several co-ed schools for lewd behavior, he was forced to attend an all male school for the remainder of his high school career.
When he turned seventeen a representative of the Suisei Sentai Auranger appeared and asked him to join them. He was given the means to become AuraRed, as his Qi manipulation most closely fit with the power of the fierce dragon. There was zero hesitation for him as this had always been his dream (that and gaining his own harem full of beautiful busty women).
Sometime after gaining his Aura Changer, his young uncle left the mountain to go on a long journey of self discovery. Before leaving, he relinquished his Doran Changer to Ryusei, giving him the ability to become Ninja Red of the Kakurangers.
