"Never saw these mages often." Haruto commented. "They can be so discreet at times. Well, that was how I got my power as a Wizard, and I spent the next five years fighting phantoms until my untimely demise in the hands of an unknown white phantom."

Haruto fast-forwarded by snapping his fingers again. Manipulating the Underworld, he went to another memory. They were in a strange town, all ablaze in flames, with an unconscious red mage on the groud while a white phantom stared down at him in triumph.

"The final moments of my life." Haruto explained. "My first and last confrontation with the Phantom's leader: the Wiseman."
The Wiseman looked up and an eclipse occurred. It took the chance to cast a spell and the red mage de-transformed, reverting back to Haruto and purple cracks. He shouted in agony before exploding into purple flames, with a phantom standing where he formerly was.
Haruto winced at the sight of this.

"It was because of that spell." Haruto replied. "Before I died, the last things I heard in my consciousness was that I've failed the townspeople, I'ved failed the White Wizard, and that I've failed myself. Guilt took its toll on me."

Haruto answered. "No one's ever been able to come into my Underworld, not humans or mages. Dragon's has far too much magic potential being able to block out any interference."
He took a cracked Engage ring. "Even these rings don't work anymore. Yet you managed to enter by simply attempting to find feelings."
