In the war between the Autobots and Decepticons a number of ships were deployed in their intergalactic battle. After a meteor storm a ship from each side was damaged. Both crashed into the nearest planet - Earth. With their ships disabled and the rest of the factions busy with the war effort, the two groups were stranded on the planet for a while. While on Earth the two factions found that the planet was rich with many deep veins of Energon. In order to get this strange form of Energon
So yeah, that is the short version of the plot. No Prime, no Megatron, and the war is continuing on a new and unfamiliar planet - ours. And before you ask yes; Dinobots, Beastformers, Triple Changers, and Combiners are allowed. The site isn't up yet, but I wanted an interest check before I wrote up the site and did the formatting etc.

For some reason I want to do a Vintage Bot (Transformers 2 I think. You know the Victorian car being a bot) AND maybe a custom dragonbot? Sorry I didn't watch Transformers in a while so I'll just put -Bot for the robots.

I'd be curious as to how someone would make a Combiner. Would they do it the same way as here, with a bunch of satellite characters, or would it be a group effort?

I dunno. I imagine both could be viable but since combiners work as a unit I'd say sattelites.
