Skull met with two teenagers with more money than sense. He smiled and reached into his coat, producing a small baggy of pills. When he received the money, he gave the young men the drugs.
"Pleasure doing business," Skull smiled grimly as he pocketed the roll of bills.

The sound of police sirens then echoed as Emily rode on her bike already armed as G3-X as police cruisers surrounded the area, "Freeze, you're under arrest!" Emily called out.

"Oh, fun!" he smiled, pulling on his skull mask from his coat for the sake of keeping his face obscured. He didn't freeze, unlike the young men. He started to walk.

Emily then got out of her bike as she took out her Salamander weapon and aimed it at Skull, "Do not move!" she shouted.

"Can you shoot someone who draws no weapon?" he questioned her.

Emily hesitated as he was right as she holstered the Salamander and took out her Guard Acceler, "But I can still take you down the old fashioned way."

Skull jumped back, but didn't draw a weapon. That would be stupid. Besides, she had armor.
Escape was his best bet. But he did want to fight her.

Emily continued on the assault, launching attacks after attacks at Skull.

Skull continued to move almost constantly, trying to just create space.

Emily smiled underneath her helmet as she continued to push Skull backwards, setting a little trap for him.

He had a needle nearby. If he could get past her armor, he'd use it as a weapon.
As he continued to dodge, he stopped going backwards and moved to the side, running now.
