Strengths:

• As one of the strongest Jyu, has capabilities far beyond a human, including reflexes, jump height, speed, strength, eyesight, et cetera. He can also regenerate whole limbs in a matter of seconds.
  
• Has many abilities he can use in human form, including:
  • Sprouting eight spider legs, each twice as long as he is tall, from the marked spots on his back. These legs are nearly indestructible, each can be moved independently, are as strong as he is, and are tipped in razor-sharp spikes which can be used for stabbing, delivering venom or shooting webbing.
    
  • Manufacturing venom which can kill a fully grown man in seconds by forcing the body to hyper-age, which he delivers either through his fingernails, the mist when transformed or his "poison bombs" when in human guise. He can also lower the strength so it works like a powerful anesthetic.
    
  • Shooting webbing from his palms and spider legs. The webbing is semi-sentient, and is capable of wrapping itself around someone, either a full cocoon or only specific places, like the wrists and ankles, and if the person is transformed, forcing them back into human form. The webs are also nearly indestructible, and can only be removed in a way that is safe for the victim by Noir
    
  
  
• He is incredibly smart, able to take in all of his surroundings and evaluates how he can use his environment to his advantage.

Overview: Noir is an interesting character. He enjoys watching people suffer, yet almost never allows a woman to die. He is vengeful, merciless and cruel, and almost never stops holding a grudge for any given thing until he has dealt what he felt is due. He has a flair for the dramatic, and often makes extravagant, huge motions when doing things. He has also recently developed a taste for coffee. He's also lazy at times, thus his tendency to lounge around on webs and even nap in his free time.

Henshin Device: The Noirach Belt, a Set-Touch style but with no buttons, the symbol is shaped like a spider and it glows red
Henshin Sequence: He swipes his Pass very dramatically, as he usually just keeps his belt on, prompting it to announce, "SPIDER FORM" as his armor forms around him.

• Form Name: Spider Form
  Image/ Description: The Plat Form suit is a metallic red instead of silver, and his chest plate is circular, with eight bands, two over each shoulder and two under each arm wrapping over his sides, connect it to another circular plate in the back. The chest plate is dark red. He has crimson bracers and greaves, and his faceplate is circular, black with two defined red eyes, with eight bands wrapping around.
  Motif: Spider, Darkness, Train, Time
  Color Scheme: Black, Red, Silver
  Transformation: See above
  Fighting Style: He uses a savage style much like a Lightning Bruiser, brutalizing his opponent and breaking them in as many places as possible as fast as possible.
  Weapons: The NoirGasher, which has Pole Axe, Kanabo and Javelin Modes. Pole Axe is a double-bladed axe mounted on a 6-foot long pole, Kanabo is a 4-foot long club with bumps running the length of the sides, and Javelin is a spear.
  Abilities: He can shoot his webbing and emit his venom as a mist. He can also emulate Jen's "time skipping", but for shorter periods and requiring a longer recharge. His capabilities are increased, and Javelin has a special function of returning to his hand automatically after being thrown.
  Finisher(s): Direct Injection- He activates a Full Charge and points at his victim dramatically, his poison bursting from said finger as a focused beam which slams into the chest of the victim. This directly injects a ridiculous amount of venom, and often just the impact kills his opponent.

Henshin Sequence: He focuses for a moment, then his eyes shine brightly as his body begins to change. His body twists and mutates until he has assumed the form of the Spider Jyu.

  Image/ Description: Similar to the Spider Fangire, but without the obvious stained glass theme and red instead of gold.

  Abilities: He can shoot his webbing and venom, and summons his legs. His natural capabilities are also greatly enhanced.
  Finisher(s): None. He usually cocoons his victims first, though.

  Image/ Description: A massive, black spider. Like, the size of a small house massive.

  Transformation: If he feels the need, he injects himself with his own venom, and as it courses through his body, the effect mutates him into this form.

  Abilities: Colossal strength, he can shoot his venom and webbing in globs, and is nearly indestructible.

Mecha Name: ArachnoLiner
Type Of Mecha: Time train
Image/ Description: A three car train, the first car being your standard bullet train front car, black with a red windshield. The second car is his personal quarters, where he keeps a map of the world, various other odds and ends, and a large supply of empty and filled glass bottles, with the exterior being a simple train car, black with red windows. The final car is completely open air, with merely a roof and four columns. The whole thing is dominated by webs, in which he keeps his personal captives.
Motif: Spider, Train
Abilities: The second car can unfold to reveal eight spider legs, each of which can move independently, and each tipped with a razor-sharp spike coated with his venom. A shield can also slide over the third car to protect it's occupants. He controls it with a traditional train cockpit.

Other Equipment:

• A large number of glass bottles filled with his venom. He uses these as poison bombs to kill large numbers of people, since he cannot emit the mist in human form. He keeps spares on the ArachnoLiner.
  
• The ArachRider, a black bike similar to the TaleRider. Has no attacks of it's own.
  

History

Noir awoke mere weeks before the incident in London, and because of that moment, became fascinated with the concept of time travel. After being defeated by Talespin, not only has he developed a grudge, but he has become determined to kill her. As he wandered, he discovered the human beverage "coffee" which he found quite delicious. Also as he wandered, he found a strange black object in the pocket of a man he killed. He kept it with him until discovering that it allowed him access to the Sands of Time. He found a time train after a few days of wandering the sands, and boarded it, killing everyone onboard, including the owner, and began pouring his dark power into the train, corrupting it into the ArachnoLiner. In the cockpit, he found a belt, which, while he was corrupting the train, had also corrupted into a dark belt. He discovered this allowed him control over time, although he is unable to go far enough back in time to be able to achieve his goal.

Sample RP: Noir lounged in a huge web he had spun in the third car of the ArachnoLiner. He was enjoying a rather peaceful nap.
"Ah, that was a great rest." Noir muttered to himself, stretching and yawning. At the sound of his voice, a cocooned female form suspended in the myriad webs near him began to wriggle and whimper. Noir walked up to the form and tore away the webbing over one eye, looking into the scared blue eye he had just revealed. It pleaded for release
"Hm. I don't think I want to release you quite yet." Noir said, and the woman screamed at him through the webs sealing her mouth shut, straining violently against her personal prison. "You know, if you behave like that, I'm not ever going to let you go." She quieted down, straining occasionally. Noir considered her further for a moment, ran his hands down her body, and replaced the webbing over her eye, leaving as the five other cocooned women in the train car began to wake up slowly.
