Overview: Emma is a very old-fashioned individual. She believes strongly in hard work, and usually does so much that she hardly has time for any leisure or fun. She is always in business mode, even when not on duty, which can make her difficult to communicate to sometimes.

Henshin Sequence: She twists the dial, causing the glasses to deploy and for a red aura to start circling around her body in the form of code. The Brace states “It’s Morphin Time!” at the same time she does as he lifts the glasses in front of her eyes, causing his helmet to appear and for the glasses to form the eyes of the helmet.

Fighting Style: Usually uses hand-to-hand combat more than anything else, but she does have weapons.
Weapons:- Sougan Blade - Emma's only sidearm, the Sougan Blade is a pair of binoculars that can transform into a combat-knife like weapon. It can combine with the Lioh Blaster to form the Lio Blaster Final Mode.
- Lio Attaché - Emma's personal weapon. In Lio Attaché Mode, it can track Metaloids easily, but without the ability to track specific locations. In order to to control Tategami Lioh, it must be used in Lio Cockpit Mode, which serves as Tategami Lio's control panel. The Lio Attaché can be changed to Lio Blaster Mode to combat Metaloids. If the Sougan Blade is combined with Lio Blaster, it form Lio Blaster Final Mode. During the attack, Lio Blaster will shout, "It's Time For Final Buster". Then Lio Blaster Final Mode attacks with a Powered Deletion Shot, which can beat even Messianic Metaloids easily.
Abilities: Much the same as Red Busters, except greatly enhanced. Her super speed appears almost like instantaneous teleportation, appearing from one place to another in the blink of an eye.
Finisher(s): "IT'S TIME FOR FINAL BUSTER!" - Emma attaches the Sougan Blade to the Lio Blaster, forming the Lio Blaster Final Mode. She then charges a powerful shot that can destroy even the most powerful foe. - Sougan Blade - Emma's only sidearm, the Sougan Blade is a pair of binoculars that can transform into a combat-knife like weapon. It can combine with the Lioh Blaster to form the Lio Blaster Final Mode.

History
Emma has been training her whole life to be in INTERPOL. Since she was little, she studied everything she could about the organization, and spent high school her first two years in college getting information and contacts, before eventually getting recruited into the organization. Once there, she mostly did reconnaissance and information gathering jobs, slowly working her way up through the ranks.
However, there was slight complication in her plans. A girl -- an idol no less! -- managed to become a Buster before she ever was considered to be a Buster! All because her mother was an agent beforehand! She wouldn't stand for this, and proceeded to work harder in becoming a member of the elite unit INTERPOL. And as it so happens, there's a new suit that needs testing...

Sample RP: "Damn her..." Emma said, filling out the papers regarding her previous assignment. "How did she end up becoming a Buster before I did?!" She tightened her grip on the pen, causing it to crack some. "I worked hard to be a part of this organization, and she walks in like she's special! She got into the unit just because her mom was one! It isn't fair!"
She then sighed. "Okay... calm down, Emma... Maybe something will happen and I'll show her where hard work can get you..." She then resumed going back to her paperwork...
