Overview:
While he isn’t exactly untrusting, Hanz places the most trust in Amon-Ra, whom he has been partnered with since he discovered his summoning powers. Being a very egotistical man, he only takes orders from The Counsel of Five, and when not on a mission will usually just dick around. He’s also quick to fight anyone who dares challenge his ego, and won’t hesitate to summon a creature to finish a fight. When it comes to the other summoners, he treats them more as co-workers than friends, but he doesn’t hate them and will quickly help a summoner in need. As with most summoners, he believes that he is a part of the strongest group of people in the universe.

History
Hanz was a young boy when he first discovered his powers. At the sweet age of 8, while playing in traffic one day, Hanz had the fantastic experience of almost being hit by a truck. Just before impact, Hanz instinctively summoned a Photon Being, which promptly pushed him out of the way. For a year, his parents had forced him to stop trying to develop his abilities and punished him any time he even accidentally summoned anything. Then, on one fateful day after school, he had met the man who would change his destiny. One of the counsel had arrived in his school, and young Hanz was called into the principal’s office. It was there that he was asked to demonstrate his powers, there where he had summoned the Photon Being. It was there that his principal, revealing himself to be a recruiter for the counsel, had sent him off with a strange man he had just met.
Naturally, being a young kid at the time, he cried, begged for his mom, and even threatened to call the police. However, when they arrived at the facility the League of Extraordinary Summoners used, he calmed down. Hanz was intrigued, and most of all, relieved. His days of getting harassed about his powers were over, and now he was being asked to develop them, he had gotten help with them, he had finally been shown support. He had learned how to summon his Soul Kindred, Amon-Ra, been trained in the art of summoning, and had been sent back into the world to live his life.

Hanz relaxed on a beach in Florida, his legs stretched as he sipped on a cold iced tea. “Nothing beats the heat like a nice, quiet moment all to myself…” he said out loud.
“I must disagree respectfully, Master Hanz,” the large man-bird to his left said, bowing gracefully. “There is nothing better than a job well done.”
“Yeah, that, too…” Hanz said. “But consider this, Amon-Ra. What are the rewards of a job well done?”
“A moment of relaxation,” Ra answered before dissipating into the light.
