Overview: Belial is a power-hungry Tyrant that will do anything and resort to any means to obtain power or further his own agenda. He is obsessed with ruining the Land of Light and its Ultra inhabitants for his banishment, and wants to establish a new universal order through complete control of the galaxy (and perhaps more). As a Human; “Sakai” is rather calm, well composed, but sometimes also a tease that will prey upon sensitive spots or even insecurities to “sweet-talk” people into the palms of his hands. He is a master manipulator and isn’t above or beneath any action.

Formerly a Warrior for the Land of Light, of who’s existence had been born and gifted with great power from the beginning; Belial had once been a youth seen capable of great things in the future by the sheer amount of potential he was known to possess. Yet, for Belial of who had a life of being overshadowed by the Ultra Warriors of who were of greater ‘being’ than he himself, Belial began to develop a sense of envy towards the amount of power and virtue that they had. This envy would become something vile, as Belial had attempted to seize the Plasma Spark—the very ‘sun’ of the Land of Light—for himself, in an attempt to absorb its omnipotent power and make Belial himself into something greater than even the “strongest” of the Ultra Warriors. The Plasma Spark rejected him however, and in response to Belial’s attempt—wounded him with a burst of power—corrupted the gem on his chest a dark purple.
Following this; it became known of what Belial had tried to do, and his displays of violence and envy became much more apparent as he became approached by his own kind. Branding him a traitor, and a disgrace to the Land, they attempted to have him sealed away—succeeding despite Ultraman Belial’s attempt to fight back, and he was cast away into absolute darkness. In the darkness though, as Belial drifted endlessly with no sense of time or even being for that matter, he was approached by a being even more omnipotent than the strongest of Belial’s own race.
This being called itself “Alien Reiblood” and out of a desire to see the Land of Light and its inhabitants destroyed, so that its own kind could reign, decided to make a host out of the half-dead Ultraman Belial. The two entities merged, with Ultraman Belial undergoing a savage descent into absolute evil, his silver and red body becoming twisted with black colors and a monstrous design as his gem became even further corrupt. Following this, Belial—now Half-Ultra and Half-Reionyx—would return to the Land of Light upon breaking free of his banishment. Belial would go on to seize the artifact known as the Giga Battle Nizer from his own kind, taking on a small army of Ultras with his newfound power and crushing them.
When it seemed that Belial would succeed in destroying the Land of Light as well as getting his revenge against the Ultras who thought they could banish Belial for his past actions and forget him, one brave Ultra stood up and combatted against Belial once again. Belial found himself evenly matched with this noble-hearted Ultra, the battle concluding with a draw, and yet overall it had all been a victory for Belial as he left the display of his new power upon the Land of Light and pledged to return to destroy it—once Belial had amassed an army of his own.
Many many centuries have passed since; Belial had undergone a dark hibernation to better learn of his own powers, to improve them, and to develop control over all of them. Belial having gotten now to a point in which Reiblood possesses little-to-no influence over his body, the two having become something of a unified being as Belial only grows stronger and stronger with the passing years. Emerging from his dark hibernation, Belial has since turned his attention to Earth, taking to there and assuming the form of a Human he has since begun to operate in the shadows. Belial’s intention is to take the capable Warriors and the many Kaijin of the planet, whether he convinces them to join him or if he must force their loyalty—Belial intent remains strong to raise a dark galactic empire that will allow him to erase the Land of Light completely and in turn alas seize control of the universe and rebirth it into a universal order fabricated by Belial himself.

Sakai’s eyes snapped open, sitting up from his bed, he let out a bit of a pant. Beginning to break into a cold sweat as he panted. His panting began to slow down until it finally ceased, bringing a hand to his face, Sakai proceeded to clench the flesh of his face with his nails before slowly grinning. He thought about how his own voice had echoed in his mind, the last words he had said to those who tried to kill him in the past. The very kind that he had betrayed and in turn tried to kill him, it had been a brutal fight and even in the end they were unable to kill him.
“You’ll regret not being able to finish me off…” He told himself, referring to the Ultras that he fought against all on his own so long ago. “…because soon enough, I will be the one who turns everything into nothing—and from the nothingness birthed shall be a new order.” His grin became even more sickening as it stretched ear-to-ear, the young man continuing to grasp his face firmly.

Normally dormant, practically non-existent within Belial but will stir awake and attempt to overpower Belial’s will if he begins to display “incompetence”.
- Other Ultras – Brethren but also sworn enemies; after attempting to seize the Plasma Spark’s power for himself, he was out casted and banished from the Land of Light. Now serving as their sworn enemy as he does to them.

- Ultraman Belial – Although he never uses this transformation anymore as a result of his merging with Alien Reiblood—the faint possibility of such ever happening is still there. To initiate this transformation, “Sakai” would step forward once and proceed to strike a pre-henshin pose reminiscent of Ichigo or Nigo before clenching his fists and making a + with his arms and shouting, “Henshin!” which in turn causes his body to emit a pale green glow until his form changes into that of his Ultra Warrior form. Upon becoming his Ultra Warrior state, he’ll strike the air a few times before re-striking a pose.
- Kaiser Belial – Sometimes known as “Reionyx Belial”. To transform into this form, “Sakai” will proceed to step forward beginning to laugh darkly until he mouths the words, “Kuroi Henshin!” (lit. “Black Transformation” or “Wicked Transformation”) out. This creates a vortex of black and red energy to spiral around him, his eyes beginning to glow orange until his body becomes that of his true form. The vortex will burst once his body has become its true form, and the energy that was once the vortex will spiral around his torso—creating his blood-red mantle. If he wishes to discard it from the get-go rather than wear it though, he’ll grasp it immediately and throw it aside, the mantle exploding into energy that swirls into his chest gem. If he discards his mantle, to bring out his Giga Battle Nizer he raises his left arm and yells as he thrusts it into the ground, tearing out his Giga Battle Nizer with ease, a style reminiscent to OOO PuToTyra and its calling of the Medagaburyuu—this all being an addition to the transformation.
- Armored Belial – Sometimes known as “Kaiser Darkness” or “Darkness Belial”. To initiate this form, “Sakai” must first already be “Kaiser Belial” and have discarded his mantle. At this point, he can step back and call out, “Come to me, Armored Darkness!!” this causes a sudden black-colored lightning to strike him. Shifting his form, as the legendary kaijin “Armored Darkness” merges with him—the dark energy from the lightning will only leave his form once he has emerged now as “Armored Belial”. He completed the transformation by creating his sword and trident from energy emitted in his hands.
- Arch Belial – Like Armored Belial, this form can only be transformed into from “Kaiser Belial”. Belial can become this form only in the occasion if there is something of great power to absorb—not just referring to basic energy, it has to be a good source of it, like previously it was a collection of energy-containing crystals from a world called Esmerelda. Anyways, once Belial has absorbed either a lot of energy or even a mass of kaijin into his body, his face will begin to develop cracks as his body swells up, letting out strained yells. Belial’s body will begin to overflow with red and orange energy, until his body mutates into the monstrous Arch Belial. When the transformation is done, Arch Belial will let out a roar and burst with energy for a brief moment before calming itself—for the time being.

Fighting Style: Belial in his current form possesses and even more fear-inducing fighting style than he ever did back as an Ultra Warrior. He fiercely rushes for his foes, using his talon-like claws to rip them apart. Able to controlling the energy in his body and through his Giga Battle Nizer he is capable of dangerous ranged attacks. Sometimes he’ll alternate and instead of his claws make use of the Giga Battle Nizer as a crushing pole-arm weapon.

Abilities: Aside from Flight and Size Changing Capability…- Belial Shot – An energy bullet, fired from either his mouth or the tip of his Giga Battle Nizer
- Belial Death Scythe - A scythe-shaped beam, called from his hand and creating something of an energy blade along his arm to slash with, he can also fire this though as a projectile or even attach one to each end of his Giga Battle Nizer.
- Belial Geno Thunder – Raising his arm towards the sky, Belial can call down blackish-red colored bolts of lightning upon his foes.
- Belial Whip – Can create a whip of energy from his hand, or one in each hand, to lash at his foes viciously.
- Belial Claw – Can empower his own claws with his blood, extending their length with energy and turning his claws blood-red. This strengthening his claw attacks by a considerable degree, he can also inject his claws into a foe and by transferring his own energy into them infect them with the “Belial Virus” which corrupts their mind and attempts to create a servant out of them for Belial.
- Belial Ripper – Can slash at the air after channeling his energy through his claws, firing out crescent-shaped blades of red energy that fly forward as launched.
Finisher(s):
Dark Specium Ray - Belial crosses his arm into that signature + shape, proceeding to laugh as the Reionyx blood in his body turns the beam from its normal color to a black and red electrical one. He then shouts out, “Become nothing!” as he charges his arms up and unleashes a powerful beam of black and red energy that is fired at any foes before him.
Belial Black Hole Thunder – Only usable with his Giga Battle Nizer. Pointing his Giga Battle Nizer forward, he creates a vacuum that proceeds to suck in nearby sources of energy, which causes the Giga Battle Nizer to light up along its shaft with energy. Following that and spinning the Giga Battle Nizer above his head, Belial proceeds to laugh out as it begins to rain several powered-up Belial Geno Thunder’s in the vicinity. - Belial Shot – An energy bullet, fired from either his mouth or the tip of his Giga Battle Nizer

Fighting Style: Armored Belial becomes something more refined than his Kaiser Belial form in terms of fighting style; no longer going into a bestial lunge and tearing foes apart with his claws, Armored Belial uses the weaponry and the abilities of the Armored Darkness to illustrate his strength and cut down his foes. When not making use of raw ability, Armored Belial will use the sword and trident he carries in-hand and cut them down.

Abilities: Aside from Flight, and Size Changing Capability…- Dark Blast(s) – Armored Belial can extend his Trident forward and with it fire one or more blasts of purple energy at his foe(s).
- Dark Lightning – Armored Belial's trident can fire a very powerful red and black beam of energy from it. It is a ball of dark energy fired with dark bolts of electricity. It is seemingly equal in power to Zero's Garnet Buster.
- Armor of Darkness - Because of his strong Armor, Armored Belial is resistant to many basic physical and projectile attacks. Nothing too different from how he normally is however.
- Strength of Darkness – Because of the Armor of Darkness, Belial’s strength is amplified by a small amount, but seeing as how he rarely lowers his sword and trident, he barely has a chance to illustrate this.
Finisher(s):- Amplified Dark Specium Ray – Not too different from his initial Dark Specium Ray attack; only now he makes the + with his sword and trident, and the beam is black and purple in color. Its assumed this technique is stronger than his normal Dark Specium Ray but seeing as how the effect is the same regardless, it’s hard to judge.
- Power of Darkness – Letting out a laugh, Armored Belial will rush his opponent, darkness flowing through him and beginning to display as black lightning crackling on his body. Armored Belial will let out a shout of, “Die!” as he attempts to pierce his opponent with his trident, if it connects he’ll then slash his sword into their side and kick them onto the ground. Putting his foot on them he’ll raise his left arm toward the sky—gathering darkness into it—before smashing his now clenched fist upon them and causing a small explosion of darkness that resembles black flames in a small radius.

Fighting Style: Arch Belial is truly as beast as they come, unable to fight as he has in his previous forms, Arch Belial uses his massive size to try and overwhelm his foes with sheer physical power. He’ll do things such as use his massive limbs to crush his foes, as well as many of his energy related abilities and powers.

Abilities: Titan-like physical strength and durability, energy absorption, capability of firing beams from his body, can breathe black flames.

Dark Specium Beam - Arch Belial can fire a more powerful version of his Dark Specium Ray from his mouth. Arch Belial will begin triggering this move by opening his mouth and gathering a large amount of energy into it before growling and firing the beam from his mouth. It is highly recommended this beam doesn’t hit an inhabited area due to its sheer destructive potential.

- Giga Battle Nizer – A gigantic pole-arm Battle Nizer wielded by Belial as his main weapon. It is much more powerful than a regular Battle Nizer as it is able to control an army of hundreds of monsters and can be used as a weapon when channeling energy into it.
