Jerome's longcoat swirled around him as he walked through the dark streets of London at night. It was nice, for a time. But only a time. He knew that soon he'd have to change.
There was the sound he was waiting to hear. A scream. He ran, his coat flowing out behind him as he pulled his shirt aside to reveal his belt.
Riderman took the corner and grabbed the man with his claw-like arm, throwing him down, blood running from his shoulder. As he saw Jerome and tried to get up, Jerome pulled a gun on him.
"No," he told the man, shooting him once in the leg to impede his escape. The woman had fled, at least.
Jerome holstered his weapon and walked off, normal again. Police would come and deal with this soon.

A solitary figure in red and gold had been watching the whole scene unfold from the top of a building. This "Riderman" fellow he'd been hearing about through different media. Definitely a figure of interest for Oliver. Leaping from rooftop to rooftop, Oliver followed this strange man.

Jerome stopped when he saw something ahead. "Fangire?" he asked. But as the form came closer, he shook his head, "Orphnoch, got it."
The armored and bladed Orphnoch rushed him, seeking prey.

"That's not right." Oliver flipped out his Magiphone and hit a couple of buttons. "Maagi Magika!" A great red ball of fire flew from the end of the wand towards the Orphnoch.

Jerome saw it and ran into an alley, his coat flowing out behind him. Another person to fight it? Well, he'd change here, then.

With a loud, almost dramatic grunt, Oliver flipped down from the rooftop and landed in front of the Orphnoch, his cape flapping in the wind. "Let's see if an Orphnoch can withstand the Magician of the Red."

The Orphnoch threw his arm out and unleashed his tentacles from his mouth, going for a kill and feeding.

"Magistick! Sword Mode!" Oliver drew said weapon and aimed a slash at the tentacles.

They were cut apart by the swing of the sword. By this point Jerome walked out of the alley, shooting at the Orphnoch, though his bullets didn't work.
"Fine," he muttered, holstering the gun and lifting his claw.

"Guns won't...Woah!" Oliver marveled at the Rider's claw weapon.

"I see that it doesn't," Jerome said, running and slashing. The Orphnoch blocked his arm down, so he kicked it and slashed, but it didn't do as much as he would have liked.

"Allow me. MagiStick, Wand Mode!" the sword shrank down into it's wand form. When Oliver pointed it at the Orphnoch, it spat red flames at it.

Jerome rolled aside as the Orphnoch was blasted by the flames, stumbling around and burning.
"One way to go," Jerome said, pulling out a small rounded object and throwing it into the fire, resulting in an explosion which threw the Orphnoch out of it.

"Interesting tactic." Oliver noted. "But it's not over yet, I don't think."

He shook his head, "A bomb isn't going to kill it," he said, "But with your fire, it's wounded. It did damage."
