World of Shadows (MINAMI, HOTARU SAYUMI AND REINA)

[Yami no Yaiba]

Yami stood on top of one of the buildings, looking down on the streets of Japan, it was nights like these that she could breath easy. There wasn't any outstanding assignments that needed to be done, and the shinobi clans were happy in general, no one has attempted to attack Sayumi or Reina thanks to her threat. However she couldn't help but be worried, the world of shadows, the world that she, Reina, and Sayumi lived in was full of dangers and double-stabbing; it could almost be akin to the world of espionage of the CIA and MI-6...such worlds were dangerous and she was worried a lot about those two.

She had grown to love Reina and Sayumi as her own sisters, her own clan members even, they were both so special to her that she wouldn't know if she would be able to find someone else just as special as those two. That was why she pushed them all the time, trained them, under the guise of making their clan the best; but also because she feared what would happen if they were lax and they faced a stronger foe.

She just hoped that this world of shadow wouldn't claim them, too many people she loved had already been claimed in this job, she couldn't afford to lose them as well.

[Minami Takahashi]

Takahashi Minami. First-Generation member of AKB48. General Manager of the group. Graduate of the Hayate's Way Ninja Academy. HurricaneRed.

All of these described who she was now. She was no longer the struggling young girl she used to be, both as a ninja and as an idol. Granted, with her current position in AKB48, she naturally had to place her idol work in front of her ninja duties, and it wasn't hard to see why. With the 7th anniversary of the group having been recently, plus all the other things she's had to deal with regarding the group, she hasn't had time for any ninja work. However, a few days ago she received a task that she simply could not avoid.

According to rumors from several of the undergraduates, several other ninjas not associated with Hayate's Way have been on the move as of late. Takamina's job was rather simple: to investigate these claims and attempt to make an alliance with whoever they may be.

With a copy of the latest Weekly Shonen Jump in her hands, Takamina watched the enviornment to see if anyone suspicious acted.

[Sayumi Michishige]

Sayumi was walking on her own towards the location of where all of the addressed participants were to meet. She looked at the note left to her, presumably by Yami, she made a bit of a sigh. It wasn't that she didn't want to attend this whole thing but rather she was nervous, she was only now taking over for the Ikazuchi-Arashi Clan and trying her hardest to not only revive it but make it stronger than before.

"I wonder if Yami-chan will be here--" She perked, noticing something that caught her eye. She saw a young woman sitting on a bench, minding her own business. Raising a brow; she looked so familiar--"A-AHH!" she let out a yell as she pointed, that was Takahashi Minami! Not only was she a member of the group rival to Morning Musume, but she was also their leader.

[Minami Takahashi]

Takamina was startled by the yelling and looked in the direction where it came from. Her eyes widened when she saw who it was, though. "AH! Michishige Sayumi!"

[Sayumi Michishige]

Sayumi stared at Minami, it was only after the moments of absorbing Minami's words that she put two and two together. "...Wait if you're here then does that mean that you're a--" her eyes widened. Lovely, more fuel to make their rivalry--even if it were a light-hearted one--even more intense.

[Minami Takahashi]

Takamina raised her eyebrow. "I'm a what?" she asked, confused.

[Sayumi Michishige]

"A Ninja!" She pointed, practically exclaiming it. It was a good thing there was no one else around--at least, not out in the open--otherwise Sayumi's occasional loud mouth would've stirred up some fine trouble.

[Minami Takahashi]

Takamina sighed. "Well, looks like I've been caught. Yeah, I'm a ninja.'

[Sayumi Michishige]

"A bit of a sore sport about it, aren't we?" Sayumi smirked as she showed Minami the same message that Minami herself had gotten. "I'm one too." She giggled.

[Minami Takahashi]

"Because it's supposed to be a secret! Even if a few of my friends in AKB know..." Takamina then looked at the letter. "Hey, this is the same one Hayate's Way recieved..."

[Sayumi Michishige]

"Yes, it would be just like it." Sayumi waved the message around, "So you know what that means, right Takahashi-chan?" Sayumi smiled.

[Minami Takahashi]

"We have to be allies. Well, that's not too bad. I mean, we did a song with Idoling! once..."

[Sayumi Michishige]

Sayumi scratched her cheek, gee the way she put it made it sound like Minami wasn't interested in being friends even. "Hey now, just because we're rivals in both the way of the ninja and as idols doesn't mean you have to make such an implication." Sayumi scoffed, closing her eyes as she put a hand to her own chest, "To be quite honest I've always respected the younger yet cute Takahashi-chan. As both idol and competitive rival..!" She admitted.

[Minami Takahashi]

"R-Really?" Minami asked. That was a surprise even to her. "And no, I didn't mean it like that. It's just... I dunno, has anyone in AKB48 and Morning Musume ever interacted before?"

[Sayumi Michishige]

Sayumi thought about it for a moment, she opened her eyes and blinked twice as she tried to recall ever a time. Although she appeared quite cute and innocent in this momentary phase of thinking; she drew nothing but blanks. "I don't... believe so?" She laughed innocently.

Sayumi shook her head as she stomped over. Grabbing both of Minami's hands she held them together and shook them with both of her own. "It doesn't matter though, what does is we should try our best to get along." She smiled, "This meeting is about us becoming allies--even if we may have our own... agendas..." Sayumi had a bit of a mischievous tone with those last few words.
