"You want us to do a collaboration project together?" Sayumi tilted her head, she wasn't against the idea, no not at all, and besides if she didn't go through with this then she could never hope to be friends--or even allies--with her. She smiled, "I like the thought of that. Let's do it!"

Yami smiled as she saw that the interaction between Minami and Sayumi was going good, that was what she wanted to happen today, for Sayumi to find a new ally that she could rely on other then her. She just hoped that Yami's plan didn't backfire.

From a distance, the shinobi were being watched, well, rather observed.
Hotaru stood in the shadows of an alleyway, leaning against the wall of a building, nearby the destination where all of them were meant to meet. Despite her clan's ceased existence, Hotaru wasn't oblivious to anything shinobi related. A little birdie had told her that some ninjas from different clans were in the area and she just decided to do things the Hotaru way; act inconspicuous and observe.

Yami had noticed Hotaru spying on them as she glanced at her briefly, another shinobi on the scene, she didn't know whether or not it was a spy or an enemy shinobi here to cause problems. But either way it was now her problem as she smiled warmly at Minami and Sayumi, "Well it seems you two have someplace to be," she said as she went and kissed Sayumi on the cheek, "I'll drop by your place sometime later tonight to see how things went with Minami-san, stay safe alright Sayumi-chan?" she said to Sayumi before turning to Minami, "Sayumi is under my protection, take care of her okay Minami-san?" she warned sternly, "I gotta go and uh...chase some shadows."
She then jumped into the shadows as she quickly made her way to where Hotaru was, it was easy to remain hidden when you are an expert Shinobi, more so when you know the layout of the area. She then dropped behind Hotaru as she crossed her arms, "Well, well, well...so the exiled ninja finally returns? I'm surprised to see you here really, last report we had was that you were in Europe," Yami said approaching Hotaru.
