Japan, the intentions of Vladimir had brought him to Japan. He grinned faintly as he stepped onto the ground of Japan, leaving behind him his means of traveling to the island nation. He had not been here in quite some time, many years in fact. The last time he had been here, he had made sure the terror of CIPHRA echoed as he threatened the order of ninjas known as the World of Shadows--even going as far as to personally exterminate a certain clan. Yet the extermination had been for naught, failing to acquire what it was he had been chasing in the process of dirtying his hands.
'Failure can only be acceptable once every while. I will make sure to reap what I seek, I will acquire that device--the Doron Changer--but while I'm here I may as well focus on the true objective at hand.' He thought with a devilish grin as he walked; he had a mission of his own here in Japan, it was time to plant the seeds of chaos anew--eying a poster featuring the current Emperor of Japan as his eyes narrowed lowly.
'Let's cast a little light onto these shadows, shall we?'

Three men dressed in black cloaks with red clouds came out of the shadows as they approached Vladimir, one who was the leader spoke to him, "I'm surprised that you would return to Japan, after what you did to one of the clans...you must either be brave, or foolish," he said with a chuckle. |

Vladimir chuckled, amused by the appearance of the cloaked men. He simply shrugged as he closed his eyes, opening them slowly--as they revealed their current red color. "I believe a phrase that stands applicable would be, 'ballsy'." Vladimir chuckled, "I returned to Japan to finish some business from a few years ago that has come to haunt me--after all, even after I laid waste to one of your clans, I was unfortunately unable to acquire the sole reason I acted in the first place." Vladimir told the men.
He closed his eyes as he snapped his fingers, "Don't think me the same man as before however, I have brought with me many gifts--for the usage of you silly Shinobi should you ask politely." He told them, "The only thing I ask for in payment is that you raise as much hell as possible within the World of Shadows." He grinned slowly; "Enough to turn the world of shinobi completely upside down."

The shinobi chuckled, "Indeed, there have been many people who have searched for that item, none has so far been successful. How would you be able to locate it when the best shinobis have tried for it ever since the clan's destruction?" he asked.
The shinobi raised an eyebrow as he chuckled again and rubbed his hand, "Really? I think you'll find your conditions very agreeable, just recently we have managed to take down one of the strongest shinobi thanks to your technology. We were not able to fully kill her though, but I'm sure she would not escape death a second time," he said as the shinobi nodded, "that is our goal...so that should not be too much to do."

Vladimir grinned, if there was one thing he loved above all else (well aside from his favoritism for money and good business) was a client whom was most compliant with the conditions that Vladimir always put forth. He chuckled, putting a hand to his face, their question concerning how he seemed to ascertain where the Doron Changer was located. "You should not underestimate the resources at my disposal, you will find that it makes even the techniques of old that you Shinobi have upheld for so many generations into nothing but obsolete tricks." Vladimir chuckled sinisterly.
"I am quite glad you find my gifts most useful." Vladimir examined the Shinobi before him, "Master their capabilities and you shall most certainly claim the life of that femme fetale of a Shinobi." He pointed out to them, closing his eyes as his smirk had gone from devilish to a rather innocent smile. This man was extremely strange, and most hard an individual to figure out.
'Yes, once I have obtained the Doron Changer--the pride-and-joy of Ninja Transformation technology--I shall uncover all of its secrets and with the Doron Changer take the resources that CIPHRA can provide to an even greater level.'
