A green beam of light in the middle of a road heralded the arrival of the Gunslinger. Eyes hidden under a patch of hair, he gazed around the the empty street. He quickly checked his pocket watch. It was midnight, on November 24th. He'd been gone a while. He supposed that's what happened when his time dilation went up to 45.
He had no idea if this was where the -REDACTED- was, but he began to scour the immediate area for it, keeping one hand on his gun handle at all times.

A sleepless night was plaguing Cass. He was always able to sleep, but be on guard. But not tonight.
He had images of that man. The man whom had given him his Driver. Was that man trying to tell him something? Alert him to something? He didn't know. But he walked in the cold night, seeing the light.
He drew his handgun and drew the slide back as he headed in that direction.

The Gunslinger paused momentarily, hearing movement. He fingered the trigger, but did not draw just yet. He wanted to see who it was first.

He didn't lift his weapon, "What was that?" he called. He kept a safe distance.
