Overview: Pauline is one part the team mum and on another end one of the most childish. She thinks that everyone in the group should be a little less depressed and look on the bright side. She sees being a ZECT agent as more of a job than the other three members of Shadow do. To that end she tries to make the rest of them happier by making tea or being a bit silly.

She's got a bit of a short temper that can usually explode due to the smallest thing, mostly because she's stressed by being happy to all the others.

In battle she's calm and in control of her emotions.

History

Pauline's always been making people happy. Her mother died when she was born and her father did everything he could to raise her well, instilling into Pauline that people's happiness was important. When she was in school she used to protect her friends who were being bullied.

She got a job as a secretary when she left school, and spent a fair amount of time sending emails to her collegaues who were having a bad day.

She got involved in ZECT in 2005 after she came home from work and her Dad turned into a giant insect and tried to kill her. ZECT had to do a fair bit of cleaning up since she killed the worm and then phoned up the police, who phoned the newspapers up.

She was tried for compatibility with the Sasword Zecter but was rejected by it. Instead she became a ZECTrooper and was recently shifted into Kamen Rider Sasword's elite Shadow taskforce.

Sample RP: Pauline sighed, what time was it? It was too early in the morning for this. Well it was 11:59 AM that was too early by her standards anyway. She looked over the side of the bed, squinting a little as she groped around for the bedside table and yanked her phone up, answering it.

"Sup?" She grunted.
The voice on the other end chattered on for a little while before giving Pauline the chance to answer.
"... No ..." Pauline lied.
Some more talking.
"... Yeah, yeah, I have it ... um ... now," She said, this wasn't technically a lie, as she had pulled the mysterious file onto her lap. "What page?"

Pauline flipped through the folder and paused eyes a little wide.
"... You're sure?" She asked "... They want us to work with a Rider?"

Pauline paused as the girl on the phone kept talking and then hung up. She ended the call and looked down at the file in her lap. Susan Cross. Kamen Rider Sasword. Her new commanding officer.

Overview:
Dawn Denver wants to be a Kamen Rider. The problem is she's ... fairly incompetent when it comes to getting up close and personal with alien monsters. She gets scared and just freezes up meaning that the others have to come to her aid.

She's a little intimidated by the other four members of her team but looks up to them as role-models (Especially Pauline) though she also feels kind of left out, they've bonded fighting but she feels like she get's in the way.

She's very hard on herself and doesn't take failure well.

History

Since she was a little girl Dawn's been searching for the Kamen Rider's. Her older brother disappeared when she was 6 (He was 18) at around the same time as a mysterious Kamen Rider showed up. Dawn's been hoping that if she finds out what and where the Kamen Rider's are then she can become a rider.

Her family moved to London when she was 10 and she didn't really fit in. She preferred being in America where the weather was nice and people spoke properly but she soon made a few friends.

She was always good with computers but sadly only managed to get a job as a secretary, the economy and all xP. However she did meet Pauline Woods, and the two became close friends. When Dawn heard Pauline's story she made a link between it and the stories of "Insectoid robots" that had been circulating in gossip magazines.

ZECT approached her after she made a little too much of a fuss, she's very lucky that Pauline was there when ZECT found her. Otherwise she wouldn't have this job. Dawn's "job" is to record the worm in combat so that R&D can analyse how they fight.

Overview: Sam likes fighting. It's a good way for her to exercise apparently. In reality, she likes the pain. It's a long, slightly complicated reason. Sam gets upset at everything and most of the confidence is just act. She's very upset and doesn't like the idea of cutting herself so she gets into fights for physical pain that she can understand.

Another factor of it is that she can get people close to her. Like Pauline bandaging her up, for example. She' doesn't want to be left alone and can be a little bit clingy at times, but will get upset if anyone calls her out or says an uncomfortable truth. Even people she doesn't particularly like (Like Dawn).

History

Samantha Marsh has always been a brawler. When she was in school she'd always be picking fights with just about everyone. As she got older she realised that she'd get in less trouble for fighting people who the rest of the school disliked (Bullies and the like). However she still remained indignant that a number of teachers blamed the boys for picking on her when they hadn't.

Over time their stopped being fights but she still longed to start doing something. Of course being only 13 at the time she couldn't get accepted into MMA or boxing tournaments, at 16 she left school and set about trying to find a job, most of them didn't last particularly long until she was assailed by a worm.

The worm copied her almost perfectly, it got her hair down to a T, her clothes, skin, personality and even some of her memories. What it hadn't copied was Sam's exceptional strength and fighting talent. ZECT arrived on the scene along with Kamen Rider Sasword only to find Samantha killing the worm.

Suzie offered her a chance to join ZECT and she's recently been teamed with her Shadow troopers.

Sample RP: "Oh! Screw this!" Roared Sam. Everyone in the room stopped. Even the Worm, even Suzie. Dawn looked up from her computer screen while the other two ZECTroopers (She couldn't tell which was Sakura and which was Paul while they were just standing still) stopped firing and looked at her.

Sam threw her right arm to the side and sent her Power Arm to the floor, where it rolled for a meter before stopping by one of the large industrial crates. Then she reached up and tore her helmet off. The largest worm in the room, that had previously been engaged with Sasword, disengaged and rushed at her.

Hadn't clocked up though, before Pauline and Sakura could shoot Sam had rushed into the firing line and slammed her fist into the creature's gut. It spluttered something strange and then again when Sam's right fist came into it's chest before she lashed out with her foot. The worm caught it, growled and threw her away with a roar.

Overview:
Sakura Ryusaki has had it with all the abuse she's been taking. Abusive parents, abusive boyfriend and now a secretive (Though not yet abusive) organisation called ZECT is manipulating her. She's decided that she's just going to annihilate the Worms, and anything else that could get in her way so that when she does settle down she can have a nice quiet life.

Sakura wants to be happy but she's going about it in an extremely unhappy way. She hasn't experienced much real joy so she's trying to get at it as if it's a solid thing rather than a concept. And her adamance to believe it's like this has sort of had the opposite effect and makes her rather upset.

Sakura is independent, she would rather fight her own battles than have someone help her. But she will help others.

History

Sakura Ryusaki's childhood wasn't all that nice. Her parents were abusive, her father physically, her mother financially both emotionally. After she left school she decided to run as far away as she could from Japan. This took her through India, China, Korea, America, Canada, Brazil, Africa and eventually she wound up in London.

Sakura's English had improved thanks to being in English speaking countries for a fair while and she was able to settle down with a boyfriend. Who was just as abusive as her mum and dad had been. After a couple of months the two ended up in an incredibly big fight that got the police called in. Sakura ended up walking around all alone again and was, like many other members of Shadow, attacked by a Worm.

The Worm copied Sakura and when ZECT finally arrived to take it out there was a pile of ashes and green stuff lying on the floor around Sakura Ryusaki's unconcious body. Anyone whose able to defeat a Worm is someone Suzie wanted on her team ...

Sample RP:Sakura looked at her team, well, technically they were Cross's team but she was part of it anyway. Cross herself was checking the Sasword Yaiba and coughing occasionally. The coughs would get Woods to look up from Marsh and ask if she was okay.

She wasn't, of course, her insides were slowly being burned out by a lethal toxin but it was the thought that counted. Sakura turned and had a look at Denver tapping away on her laptop, she looked up briefly, met Sakura's gaze and then averted her eyes and sped up the tapping. Sakura huffed and turned around to look back at Woods and Marsh. Marsh was squabbling and trying to pull herself free from Woods's bandages.

Sakura shook her head. These guys were nuts ...
