Laurie rolled her eyes as she put her glasses somewhat over them. She followed a trail, turning down into a back street. She stopped as she saw a puddle of blood on the ground, glowing to her shades.
"That's not a good sign" Laurie said.

Hanz followed her silently, looking down at the trail of blood, completely unfazed. "So, I'm assuming a demon-fairyman did this?" he asked.

"Yeah" Laurie said, looking at the blood. She followed the splatter and into the alley. She pointed to a dead body where the top of the guy's head was ripped off. He had no skull above his jaw. "And that..."

Hanz poked at the body. "It looks like a prop someone would use in a B-Grade horror film," he noted aloud as he inspected it.

"If it is" Laurie said as she examined the body "then someone put a lot of work into it." She stood up, not seeing any point to examining it to closely. "Real body. I imagine the cause of death is obvious." Thinking for a moment, she dug out a flashlight and examined the walls on both sides of the alley. They were bathed in blood.
"Fast zombies it is" Laurie said.
