Overview:
Rain is a suave, confident man who focuses on his job, but also on other aspects of life, but not with as much joy. He can be seen as distant when trying to live what would be a normal life, as if he’s just going through the motions. Almost in a bored state at those times. He’s intelligent and a talented fighter, along with a womanizer to some extent, deciding that he’s been gifted with a gift of appearance; he’d might as well use it. He’s cocky, but not overconfident, and with little in the way of a sense of humor.

History
Ghost was born to the Ultra race, and grew as a fighter and hunter. His plan in life was to become the greatest fighter he could, and do his race a service by hunting down former Ultras; those who would betray their own people.
He did his job multiple times, and now that Belial has been located on Earth, he’s been sent there to find the man, and eliminate him. He’s abandoned other duties, unless they go to Earth. Belial is his only true target at the moment, and he seeks to possibly ally with Marina. During this time, Ghost bonded with a human and took on a new guise referred to as ‘Rain Saito’. Rain exists as a cross of Ghost and the man he once was, but something was different about this combination.
The man is gone; there is only the combination of Ghost and the man now; only Rain.

Rain drew his Geister and fired a single shot; a warning shot. It got the attention of the monster, and that’s all he needed for now.
As it came for him, he lifted his firearm straight up and fired a single shot. Normally he wouldn’t rely on his Ultra form this early, but he wanted to end it quickly today. As mist surrounded him and granted him his Ultra form, he dodged to the side just as his foe reached him.
He threw a kick into its side, throwing it down. He stepped on its throat and looked down at it, before crushing its throat with more weight, ending it right then.
