Zoey pauses, moving to stand by Kamina's side. "No, -we- wish to face you." She glances over to him in her helmet. "There's no way you're facing someone like that alone."

Toppa nods a little, perhaps in answer to Messiah, or response to RAVE, but, he seemed serious, now.
"These are just small fry. You're the one in charge, so if we stop you, this whol attack comes crashing down like a stack of blocks." The man then brought up a fist, as a conical drill formed around it.
"You think we should be afraid of you? That we should back down just because you've got power? Who the hell do you think we are!? We're Kamen Riders! And we won't back down just because of a little risk! And if you plan to stay in our way, I'll smash a hole in you, and push right on through!"
As Kamina spoke, faint wisps of green light, similar to when he transformed into Toppa, swirled around him faintly.

"Foolish human," Messiah said as dark wisps surround her, "you think I'm some mere Horror? You think you can even harm me? Such a laughable concept, I am Messiah! I am the Queen of Horrors!" she screamed as she turned into her monster form as the night sky became as black as possible as the Horrors seemed to be crying out in anticipation and joy as she walked towards them, each step generating more Horrors, "come then Kamen Riders...show me your power and let me humble you with how worthless and powerless you truly are," she said.

"You're the one that's getting humbled today, bitch," Zoey sneers. The glowing neon of her armor starts to get brighter, the rhythm of the music getting more and more intense. "Just try us, see what happens when you mess with a Rider."

"You wanna know my power?" Kamina grinned, as those green whisps became swirls, seeming to flow towards his hand as he straightened up.
"I am Kamina Takahashi. I am Kamen Rider Toppa! My drill is the one that'll pierce the heavens, and anyone that gets in my way, leading a path for humanity to follow!" As he spoke, he pointed skyward, those green swirls starting to pick up, and slip between his fingers.
"And no matter what it takes, nothing is going to stop me or my drill!" There was then a flash of light, a glowing green Core Drill grasped in his skyward hand. "Because my drill is my SOUL!"
As if on autopilot, the glowing Core Drill was inserted into the Toppa Ignition's center, and as he turned it, the spiral on its screen when white.
"DAI-TOPPA! READY!" Kamina then crossed his arms, pointed "eyes" of his helmet fixed on Messiah.
"DAI-TOPPA! HEN-SHIN!" And the red Rider was engulfed in swirling white energy.

Messiah looked at both of them, one changed into a more powerful form, and the other was the same as she smiled, "Is that so? The drill that will penetrate heaven? How interesting...come then...let us see if you can penetrate my defences," as she set up a magical barrier around her to protect her, not that the drills could harm her much, before firing magical arrows that homed in on the Riders and wouldn't stop until it hit something.

A few streets away, Kouga stalked his most recent prey - a Horror that fed on children.
Kouga has no real soft spot in his heart for children. He only desires to absorb the Horror and gain more power. He needs the power if he's going to take on......
"Messiah!"
He could sense the mother of all Horrors close by and it felt like she was in battle.
"Makai Knights?"
He shook his head. He felt zero presence of the Makai.
"Fools," he remarked, "They stand no chance against Messiah."

Bright white light clashes with an entire neon spectrum, shouting mixed with the almost violent beat in the air as time seems to slow in Zoey's rush of adrenaline. "Beat change! AMP Drive!" Suddenly, rainbows of color fly through the air as many of the arrows are knocked out of the air and off course.
"You know, I'm starting to finally understand why I was chosen to be a Rider..." She replies, letting the chain whips snap against the ground. "To rain down a aurora of hope against the despair you so stand for!"
It seemed the inspirational Kamina had an effect on the newcomer Rider.

One of those arrows, fatefully, was headed straight for the heart of the swirling white vortex engulfing Kamen Rider Toppa, before a red-armored arm, with a golden, rather than black bracer, tore through it, catching the arrow by the head, and shattering it as the Rider clenched his fist, that white energy turning green as it seemed to latch around his wrist, swirling outward along with energy latching around his other arm, and his ankles.
And as the energy latched to the back of his helmet, giving him a sort of green, fiery "halo", it was obvious Toppa had... changed. His armor was still red, but now, he had a semi-transparent, angular effigy of his unarmored form's sunglasses across his chest, while his visor had fused, and changed, now resembling a wide, five-pointed star.
"Come on, then." Dai-Toppa intoned, his voice holding what could best be described as a "power-echo". "Let's see how long you last."

"Not bad," Messiah said as the two Riders were able to deflect her arrows, "come then...let's see what powers you possess," she said as she closed her eyes and sensed the aura of KIBA.

Dai-Toppa nods, and in a blur of light and motion, is hurtling towards Messiah, an eight foot long, and five foot wide conical drill leading the way, attached on one arm.

Messiah didn't move as she simply erected a magical barrier that surrounded her as the drill stopped in mid-air, "You need to do better then that," she told him flippantly as she cocked her fist before smashing it at his face sending him backwards from the impact.

As his drill was stopped, Kamina's eyes narrowed behind his visor, and he leaped back, avoiding the punch as he smirked.
"Too afraid to really fight me, so you're just going to hide behind a barrier? It's starting to look like your power is hiding!"
