Kamina was uncharacteristically quiet, walking the darker streets of Tokyo. This was a risky proposition in normal circumstances, but, as he walked, his Toppa Ignition chimed up from inside his coat again.
"Monster Detected!" The man pulled out the Gear again, eying the screen to get an idea for where whatever the Gear was reacting to -was-.
"I know, I know, but I'm not -finding- them! A wild goose chase isn't something a man should be wasting time on!"

Messiah was out with a force of Horrors, she wanted to try the human reaction to a raiding force, she was personally leading it so she can see for herself what kind of heroes were out here. It had been a while since she last came here and not only the Makai Knights pose a threat to her subjects, she smiled to herself as she stopped and held her hand out, "Go and feed, cause chaos in the human world," as the raiding party roared and charged forward destroying everything in sight as a small portion of Tokyo fell in a matter of minutes as the police force kept a line of blues to prevent the Horrors from encroaching further, though they were losing ground quickly.

Now fighting, FIGHTING was a lot easier to follow, as Kamina broke into a run, heading for the sound... and wound up in a war zone.
On the wrong side of the barricades, looking past the Horrors at the valiant officers trying to keep them back. And of course, there was only one thing to do.
"HEY! OVER HERE! OR ARE YOU AFRAID TO FACE THE MIGHTY KAMINA!?" As he yelled, he placed his Toppa Ignition on his waist, its belt forming as he drew out Core Drill Toppa, inserting it in the center of the belt... and then he turned it, a green spiral filling the screen as the drill vanished into the belt.
"Toppa Ignition, Ready!" Kamina then grinned, pointing a finger heavenward.
"HENSHIN!" Green energy blazed around the man, and he was replaced by the red-armored figure of Kamen Rider Toppa, a sight that got SOME of the police cheering.

The Horrors looked at Toppa as they roared and half of them charged towards him, 5 in total, while the other 5 continued on pressing as the officers continued to lose ground as Messiah sat back in the back. She would only intervene if the fight interested her, if not then she would let the Horrors deal with the situation as her mind plotted and churned to see what else she could do to attack the human world.

There's a flash of neon light that suddenly flies towards Kamina from above, and a heavy rumble of bass as the ground flies up towards the Horrors in a fast, violent rolling wave. There, in front of him stood Kamen Rider RAVE.
"Good to see you again, friend!" She happily chimes in; one can hear the smile in her voice. "Thought you could use a hand."
A steady, fast electronic melody starts to pulse through the air; a song of hope and battle, setting the stage for the fight to come.

Toppa grinned behind his helmet, head nodding to the beat. "Alright! With two of us here, our combined spirit'll burn these monsters to ashes! You go help the cops-" Toppa then charged, following after Rave's ground wave.
"And I'll finish off this bunch!"

The Horrors reacted appropriately as the 5 Horrors heading towards the officers turned to RAVE and charged towards her while the other 5 continued to attack Toppa. Messiah raised an eyebrow, surprised about the other Rider as her senses felt that her plan was in place, if things went bad then her Plan B would put a dent in their pride, or perhaps she would get lucky and be able to obliterate a good section of Tokyo.

RAVE turns, taking a defensive stance as the fine approaches. She waits until they are almost within arms reach before ducking low; stepping forward and thrusting both of her palms forward towards two of the creatures.
"BASS THRUST!"

Toppa, as he reaches the Horrors, is decidedly more... in your face than his companion, a conical drill forming around his fist or feet each time he strikes at the Horrors, keeping them from doing any more than be, well, stabbed.
A lot.
"It's gonna take a lot more that you to bring me down!"

The two Horrors blasted by RAVE were blasted backwards, but otherwise unharmed, while the three went and attacked RAVE while the ones attacking Toppa may have been harmed and stabbed, but they merely regenerated their wounds and continued attacking Toppa, it would take more then drills to even harm a Horror as Messiah smiled.
Meanwhile behind the line of police officers one of them shook and shuddered like he had an epileptic attack, but then stopped as a parasite-like organism was on his back as he turned on his partner and pulled the trigger, several officers had already became infected and the police line was thrown into chaos as partners turned on each other and none of them had no idea what was going on, "Now what will you do? Heroes of humanity?" Messiah asked.

Toppa's next action was quick, a gold Core Drill appearring in his hand, before he inserted it into the center of the Toppa Ignition, and turned it, yellow light filling the spiral on its screen.
"Henshin!" Yellow light blazed around Kamina, and as it faded, he... well, looked the same, except his red armor was now yellow. After a moment, long, thin drills spiked out all over his body as he locked onto the worms on the police.
"I don't know who, or what you are, but if you think I'm gonna give up just because you're trying to use police as puppets, you're DEAD WRONG! LOCK-ON! SWARM DRILL BARRAGE! FIRE!"
And all of those thin drills launched in varying arcs and trajectories, each homing in on a worm, and embadding into it, without skewering the officer they were attached to, before they exploded. The police might be hurt after this, but those worms SHOULD be dead.

"Not bad," Messiah said as the parasites were put out of commission, as they screeched before combusting into nothing, they weren't any loss. The parasites were merely by-products of a Horror who was hiding in the shadows, the other Horrors continued to fight the Riders as Messiah watched on clicking her fingers while doing so.

"Aw, hell..." She dives out of the way of the oncoming drills, rolling back onto her feet with a little effort. "What the hell are those things?!?"
She looks at Kamina, her attention taken off the Horrors for that brief moment of time.

Another quick set of core drills later, and in a flash of green, Kamina was back to his "default" form, but this time, he was punching a little bit harder, making sure he was digging his drill into the Horrors with each blow, as he called to the police.
"Get outta here and let us handle it!" As he leaped at one of the Horrors, and drove both feet, surrouned in a drill into its chest, he rolled back to his feet, pointing at Messiah. "YOU'RE NEXT!"

The Horrors were forced back by the drills as they stumbled backwards, at the same time the police force moved back but kept the line in case it didn't work out. Messiah opened her eyes and looked at the green Rider as she snapped her finger, instantly all 10 Horrors moved back and formed a line as they then kneeled and bowed their heads as Messiah walked between them before standing between the two Riders, "You wish to face me? How brave of you," she commented.
