Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Psyga
Henshin Device/Sequence: Leo inputs the code 3-1-5 on his phone and will cause it to say 'STANDING BY'. Leo then tosses the phone in the air and catches it before placing and flipping it down on his belt, initially his transformation (see image above for reference).
Forms:
- Form Name: Psyga Mode
Appearance: This. Is also equipped with an optional jetpack called the Flying Attacker that can also be used as his aerial weapon.

Weapons and Abilities: Psyga is considered to be one of the world's perfect weapon systems. It enhances the user to be much faster and more stronger while not causing any strain to the user.- Psyga's helmet visor gives the user absolute vision, whether it's day or night or even in smoke, the view is perfect and can allow Psyga to see his target through almost any means.
- The Psyga Mission Memory is a tiny computer chip usually stored in front of the phone that allows Psyga to assess his technology.
- Psyga also has a pair of tonfa-like weapons called the Psyga Tonfa Edge's. They are usually used as the jetpack's handles, until they are released and can be used as melee weapons.
- Psyga's most unique weapon is the the Flying Attacker which appears on his back depending on whether Leo prefers to have it or no, and can be detached by simply removing the Tonfa Edge's from the slots. The jet-pack can fly at quick speeds and is used as transportation or for a whole volley of aerial gunfire. The engines can fold down and allow Psyga to either fire charged shots or machine-gun-like bursts at opponents.
- The Psyga Phone stored on the front of the belt. Charged with special infinite energy, it has other abilities and purposes other than for transformations. By opening the phone up and then folding it down the gun becomes some sort of blaster pistol. Psyga can either hold down the small trigger and fire it like a machine-pistol or can take single shots like a magnum. The phone CAN overheat if used for too long and requires some time to cool down. Pushing the button 'END CALL' while he is transformed cancels out his armor and reverts him back to his normal self.
Finisher(s): Psyga has three (four if specifically all) finishers:- Tonfa Edge EX Slash- Psyga inserts the mission memory into one of his Tonfa Edge's. He then opens up his phone and presses 'ENTER', which will cause his weapons to glow bright blue. Psyga then must run up and plow his tonfas into his opponents, before slicing them and cleaving the said opponent dead.
- Attacker EX Shot- Psyga inserts the mission memory into one of his Tonfa's while it is attached to his Flying Attacker jetpack. The engines will charge up and fire a concentrated blue beam and obliterating its intended target with little remains left.
- EX Punch/Kick- If Psyga leaves the mission memory on his phone and presses Enter, Pysga can select either his fist or leg to glow and charge up, allowing him to do a standard rider punch/kick to manually take down the opponent.
- Psyga's helmet visor gives the user absolute vision, whether it's day or night or even in smoke, the view is perfect and can allow Psyga to see his target through almost any means.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Leo is a relentless, brutal, and arrogant kind of man. All he simply wants to do is do what he is ordered to do and earn cash from it. He doesn't care about alliances nor whether what he's doing is for the better good or lower evil. He's a hitman and that's all it mattered to him. He considers everyone around him inferior, though will offer his service and warm up to others once he's known them long enough. That doesn't mean that he won't backstab them. Remember, Leo is a greedy bastard and he's only in it for the money. He also speaks only english, and though he does understand japanese, he can't speak it.
Strengths:
- Determination/Stubbornness. He will never stop to fulfill his mission/job unless given a good/valid reason to do so.
- Bold. He is somewhat daring, willing to take risks if it gets the damn job done.
- Physically and mentally trained. He will usually complete his mission with no question or hesitation. Prior to becoming an orphnoch, he was an infamous hitman and was trained to well use firearms and any weaponry he gets his hands on.
Weaknesses:
- Greedy/Corrupted. He does it all for the money and can be easily swayed by it, often changing sides (good to bad, bad to good, etc) because of it.
- Arrogant to the point of ignorance. He honestly doesn't give a single shit about who he's dealing with. He thinks that almost everyone is weaker than him and will underestimate his enemies from time to time.
- Despite being a jerkass, he prefers not to harm children (though will have to if necessary and if no other option is available). One can use it to make Leo have second thoughts and temporary think.
Goal(s):
- Earn as many cash (dollars or yen alike) and make a living with it while avoid getting caught by the police or SPD.
History: Leo was an infamous hitman, known for participating in illegal underground missions and was notorious for assassinating people left and right without troubles. He was the perfect marksman and killer, even giving the police a hard and troubling time, even dodging from the authorities' Kamen Rider units. It was his actions that however caught the attention of Nexus Corperation, the organization deeming Leo as the user of the Psyga Gear. Several representatives offered him millions of yen for him to join them. Leo was initially weary and reluctant to join a team as it would go against his businesses, but there was no way he was going to turn down such a grand offer. He agreed and was genetically modified by former Smart Brain scientists into a orphnoch to use the belt. His monstrous form was suppressed so Leo's blood and DNA would perfectly fit and focus more on using the belt for optimal performance. Since then, he has worked with them as their employee, though he was unable to resist doing illegal businesses underground. He resumed his assassination spree, despite being slightly condemned not to do so.

Sample RP: Psyga finished his job the second he twisted the man's neck a hundred-eighty degrees to the left. He then chuckled. "It's done. Now time to get my reward."
He dropped the body to the ground and walked off, intending to go back to the alleyway to get a suitcase of money in it. But when he walked to the sight, he wished he didn't go there.
There were dozens of police officers followed by a small squad of SPD units. One of them shouted.
"This is the Police and Dekarangers! We've arrested your client!" he shouted. "De-henshin and put your hands in the air at once!"
Psyga, however, turned deaf ears on him and grunted. Great, now how was he going to get pass this? He opened his phone up and pressed 'ENTER'.
"Exceed Charge!"
"Get out of my way." Psyga replied. "Or die."
