She went to the training ground as she stood at one end of it waiting for her master to come.

Shuuji walked out onto the training grounds, looking at Kokoro as he stood across from her. "I will advise you now to don your Masking Brace." He told her sternly, "This time we'll train on a more serious scale, but I wish to avoid seriously injuring you, child."

"Yes sensei," Kokoro said as she took out her Masking Brace and turned into Pink Mask, "I'm ready sensei."

"Very well." Shuuji stood his ground, moving his arms slowly as he took a few deep breaths. "Let us..." He stomped forward, now assuming a Xinyi Liuhe Quan stance. "...begin!" He took another step and moved towards Pink Mask, moving his left arm forward with quickened speed--chi trailing after the movement of his arm--as he attempted to strike her.

Kokoro assumed her Ba Ji Quan style as she sidestepped away from the strike and countered by dashing towards him and striking him with her palm.

He took a step back, holding up the back of his hand to block her strike before moving his wrist and flicking her hand down. Twisting his body as he moved his right arm to aim a strike toward her shoulder.

She stumbled back a bit before recentering herself and then stomping on the ground before going for a powerful palm strike to his body.

He took the hit, skidding back along the ground as he panted some. He re assumed stance and took a few breaths though, ignoring the burning sensation of pain as it quickly faded. He proceeded to take a series of three steps before swinging both arms forward and attempting a double palm thrust on Kokoro.

Kokoro ducked underneath it as she brought out her legs and smashed it against Shuuji's legs.

Shuuji's balance was lost in one leg, having raised his other and extended it out to kick toward her gut. Whether or not his kick connected, he lowered his hands to the ground and pushed against it to keep himself from completely falling over. Regaining his balance within moments, although experiencing staggering.

Kokoro rolled away from him as she was hit in the gut before standing up and waiting for her opponent's next move.

Shuuji took a deep inhale, that was the warning sign for Kokoro, Shuuji's body beginning to gain a faint spark of golden radiance too it before he stepped forward firmly. The aged martial artist moved his arms around counter direction to one another but creating an infinity symbol in the air before he raised his left arm, "Heaven's Palm!" He shouted, bringing his palm downwards towards Kokoro--he kept his right hand open and by his waist ready to motion it for a strike depending on how Kokoro reacted.
