Overview: Thom is a strange man. He is a gambler, a risk taker. He likes going against the odds, and risking his life in the pursuit of fun. His rationale in this regard is "Hey, I should be dead, but I'm not. Laissez les bon temps rouler!" However, he also has a strong sense of duty in regards to his mission as a Bound and a Geistman. He understands what ghosts have gone through, having interacted with them nearly his whole life, and thus, is that much better at telling them to just pass on already. If a ghost threatens or harms a human or humans in any way, he will respond with force if necessary.
Hero Stuff
Name: Geist Red
Type Of Hero: Geistman
Henshin Device: His Keystone, a key with a small crack running down the length of the key and some bloodstains.
Henshin Sequence: When in Daylight, he pulls the key off of the chain around his neck and holds it out. As the key begins to glow softly, he says, "Geist Change." A small keyhole appears in the air in front of him, and he inserts the key and turns it, causing the keyhole to grow large enough for him to step through. He does so, stepping into Twilight, and the Man of Many Keys creates his armor by fusing with him. At this point, he can either remain in Twilight or step out another keyhole into Daylight. If he's already in Twilight, he skips the whole thing with the first keyhole.
Forms:
- Form Name: Justice Form
Image/ Description: The red one (obviously)
Motif: Justice, Armor, Ghost
Color Scheme: Red, Silver, Black, Grey, Blue, Gold
Transformation: See above
Fighting Style: He uses a brawler style, dodging and striking quickly, always light on his feet.
Weapons: The Angelo Geister, a bracer worn on his right arm with a knuckle guard that has a keyhole set in it spanning the whole bracer.
Abilities: His stats are all enhanced, more so when in Twilight than in Daylight, and also when in Twilight, he can fight alongside the Man of Many Keys.
Finisher(s): Lock Breaker- He focuses, channeling his power into the Angelo Geister, before firing a powerful laser out of the keyhole. If a physical opponent, it destroys them utterly. If a Twilight denizen, it banishes them to the afterlife, sucking them into the keyhole on the Angelo Geister.
Passage to the Light- The team finisher, requiring at least 3 Geistmen to be present in order to do it, the team focus their energy in one spot, causing a small ball of light to form. This ball of light is a passage to the Underworld, and it pulls restless spirits in like a magnet. - Form Name: Wrath Form
Image/ Description: Same as Justice, but the white is black and the black is a dark red
Motif: Anger, Ghost
Color Scheme: Red, Dark red, Black, Grey, Silver, Gold
Transformation: If he gets very angry, he will roar, creating an animalistic noise. His armor begins to exude spectral energy, and changes into this form.
Fighting Style: Much more vicious, a straight power style, attacking whoever stands in his way.
Weapons: The Diablo Geister, a handaxe designed to look like a key.
Abilities: This form is physically stronger than Justice, but it's more taxing on Thom. He's often forced out of a transformation if he fights in this form for too long.
Finisher(s): Sin Eating- A finisher shared by the whole team in their Vice forms, he grabs the ghost's face and literally absorbs the spirit into his body, healing minor wounds and revitalizing him. However, he is forced to live with the guilt of what he has done, of taking any sort of chance of that ghost going to the Light.
Diablo Breaker- Another common Vice form finisher, this one is unique to the individual. Thom charges his power into the Diablo Geister and performs a jumping downward slash.
Monster Name: The Man of Many Keys
Type Of Monster: Geist
Image/ Description: A thin, emaciated man with pale, white skin, only wearing black pants, exemplifying the fact that he's skin and bones. His eyes glow a bright, icy blue, and his torso and arms are covered in keyholes. His fingers, at the second joint, turn into keys. His mouth is covered with a padlock that has no keyhole or dial, and there is a cut across his throat which is constantly bleeding.
Motif: Key, Lock, Man
Abilities: Besides giving Thom the powers of a Bound, he can also create weapons by inserting one of his key-fingers into any keyhole on his body and turning it. When he speaks, his voice seems to come from anywhere but him. He can manifest his form outside of Thom in both Twilight and Daylight, but this requires much more effort on both his and Thom's part when in Daylight if he wants to manifest as anything more clear than a hazy mist.
Mecha Name: Geist Wolf
Type Of Mecha: Geist Beast
Image/ Description: Here
Motif: Wolf, Steampunk, Clockwork
Abilities: Very powerful, among the faster of the seven beasts, very acrobatic. Jaw can bite with a force of 15 tons, and the claws are sharp enough to cut through solid steel. However, can only be called out in Twilight.
Megazord Component: Torso, Shoulders and Head of the Twilight Megazord
Other Equipment:
- His mansion. The thing is fucking huge, and just outside Atlantic City. He's got rooms for just about everything in the mansion, including some more eclectic activities.
- His private jet. He has a Gulfstream jet that he uses to go globetrotting.
- His cars. He owns a fleet (9, to be exact) of incredibly nice, foreign cars. His favorite is the Lamborghini Ankonian.
History
Thompson was born into a large family. His mother was Italian-American, so she was very big on family. So every Sunday night the extended family all got together at someone's house and ate dinner. He soon coined the name "Thom" for himself once he saw his full name spelled out, but the last three letters had been covered by a bowl, so he began calling himself "Thom", and it stuck. When he was 6, his grandmother died of a stroke. The night after her funeral, he walked into his room and found her sitting on the bed, as if she were in perfect health. However, she was a ghost, and Thom spent the night conversing with his grandmother, learning about Twilight and Daylight and ghosts in general. In the morning, he told his parents about the conversation. The next week, his parents got him a brand-new prescription to Ritalin.
The Ritalin decreased the experiences, but he still saw other ghosts on occasion. When he was 11, he met the ghost of a man who had died from a Ritalin overdose. He convinced Thom to give up Ritalin, as it was a bad idea. So Thom stopped taking his Ritalin, and in the following weeks, he began seeing spirits almost everywhere. He befriended the ghost of a gambler and learned from him the art of sweet talk and odds prediction, and decided to use his gift to get rich.
He opened a seance shop, and immediately got customers. He spoke to the ghosts of whoever the person wanted to call and related their messages, word for word. He became so popular, it grew into a nationwide TV series. Soon, he branched out into doing exorcisms on live TV, becoming fabulously wealthy and famous. However, as with any fame, one is bound to attract enemies. On August 3, 2010, Thom was shot several times in the chest by a man who was sincerely convinced he was a fraud. As Thom lay there dying, suddenly all sound cut out except for footsteps and a jangling sound, like keys on a keychain. He stood and turned to see the Man of Many Keys approach him, and the spirit offered to make him a deal: allow the Geist to live in his body, in exchange for life and superpowers. Thom accepted immediately, not metaphorically reading the small print, before blacking out. He woke up in the hospital and made a "miraculous recovery", leaving within the week. The night after he was discharged, the Man of Many Keys informed him that, due to their synchronization in both manner of death and partially personality, and he was capable of becoming a Geistman. Thom accepted the opportunity at once, becoming Geist Red.

Sample RP: Thom stepped into the old house.
"How very typical. The old house is the haunted one." Thom muttered, pulling the key out from under his shirt. "Why can't a newer house be haunted?"
"That wouldn't seem right." A thin, quavery voice said behind him. Thom turned to see the ghost of a old-style gentleman, complete with top hat and monocle, brandishing a sword. "I lived in this house as a boy and a man. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else."
"Understandable. But why kill anyone who comes in?" Thom asked.
"Those scoundrels defile my home. And now you will share their fate!" The ghost shrieked.
"At the very least, let's meet on even terms." Thom said, transitioning into Twilight. That set the ghost aback.
"A human... In Twilight..." The ghost said, shocked, before realizing it. "A Bound. Unwelcome in both Daylight and Twilight."
"What of it?" A voice asked as the Man of Many Keys phased into existence next to Thom.
"You consort with humankind! You shall both die!" The ghost shrieked, finally charging.
"Geist Change." Thom said, as the Man fused with him and formed his armor. He kicked the ghost in the face, knocking it onto it's butt.
